We found White Oak Properties on the internet while searching for an agency to represent us in the sale of some family property. It was challenging in that the 40 acres was in a rural area and it was landlocked. Beau did a terrific job and was able to negotiate a sale. I found the agent we worked with at White Oak Properties to be dishonest and unethical. It is my belief that they violated multiple sections of the Realtors Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. They failed to disclose pertinent information to the point where they may have broken the law and were uncooperative with attempts to mediate the situation.
