This store has a lot to choose from I enjoyed shopping/browsing here the employees where very patient with me and gave me some time to think things through for I made a decision on purchasing there merchandise in the end I will return in the future to this store a lot of local celebrities shop here too such as Tech N9ne and Kansas Chiefs football players like Travis Kelce this is the go to spot for stylish clothes and fashion 💯

I buy probably 90 percent of my stuff at The Buckle. My watches, wallets, bracelets, cologne, belts, socks, underwear, some shoes, coats, jeans shirts etc. needless to say, I am there a lot. I formed a relationship with some of their employees before moving out of state. I was hesitant to visit the one here because I knew it just wasn’t going to be the same. I was so wrong. These guys instantly made me feel welcome. They remember my name and are always eager to please. The customer service here is top notch. These guys deserve a shout out at its highest!!!

Uhm, honestly went in for the first time ever & everyone was so nice & helpful! Heck, they even looked for an item for me after I said it was no big deal. Cool selection of clothes. Will be going back.

Spoke with a very knowledgeable manager. I was looking for a pair of shorts that looked good, could go swimming in, and were durable. I took her advice on a pair of billabongs and it's exactly what I was looking for. I'm from out of town and she was able to ship them in about three days. Would recommend this store.

Been a long time since I even went there the last time... was when they first started carrying Sullen Arts Collective shirts and we found a STPD one... but after that it's been online ordering their shirts till this year

This is, hands down, the most comfortable place I've found to shop in Independence. Heather is amazing, and never makes me feel pressured and is always available when we need her. She's insightful, caring, and always makes us feel like she truly is helping and not pushing us out of the store. I honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else for important occasions.

This location was very clean and I super appreciated the help I received from TM#3492015 Austin. If you need help ask for him. He was great wasn't pushy or annoying at all. Very considerate listened to my wants needs and helped me leave with a new style I liked even more

It's a cool place to go buy clothes, they seem to be a bit pricey, but heh...not hating on that. Jordan and Marissa were more than helpful in answering all my questions. The staff here are super friendly, and deserve a hats off for the experience. Thanks, Buckle.

The shitt I ordered online came in when they said it would. They called me and emailed me when it arrived. When I got the there I wanted a new pair of miss me Jean's to go with it and the lady who helped was super nice and found me everything I was looking for (low rider Jean's can be difficult to find nowdays). All around 100

Very few places have better customer service than The Buckle!! One of my favorite places to shop. So glad they are still open at Independence Center! Their store is fully stocked!
