Saved my first trip out in my New Motorhome!!! I lost my electric, my batteries wouldn't charge and the icing on the cake, it rained and my floor was soaking wet inside RV!!!! I cried and was told by a cop at the rest stop to call BC. They got me right in and fixed everything. Ethan was fantastic! He did a walk thru before and after explaining everything he did and what I should do in the future. Everybody in the office was kind and helpful with tips and info. The topper was when I got the bill it was cheaper than I thought it would be, Yes I said less expensive. Loved these guys!!!!

This is a business with people that sincerely care about the customer. We recently purchased a Jayco 5th wheel from Back Country because we received such good service from Justin, Kevin, Ethan, Chad, Barry, Nathan, Vaughn, and whoever else I failed to mention. The Jayco product always seems to be improving, and the people at back country are more than willing to help show the “how to” operation of the camper. Where you buy is as, or more important than what you buy.

Like doing business with professional people. They have always done good work and listen to the customer. Always helpful with insurance policies. Always try to get you on the road as soon as possible considering work load & parts availability. More idems available in store would be helpful. Handicap accessible. Always be prepared to leave your RV if they can't get it fixed & have to wait for parts.

Back Country RV Center is a great Jayco dealer with a great repair and service center. If your looking for a fantastic, well built RV give Billy a call, he is knowledgeable, easy going no pressure 'sales adviser' that will fit you with the right RV for your needs! Great place to shop and kick tires!

These people are great to deal with. I went there today to get parts for my trailer and they recommended a cheaper solution that was a true fix, instead of being like other dealers and selling high priced parts and insisisting on their shop for the repairs. They are top notch!

We had a huge wiring problem due to a blow out. We went to a couple of places who wouldnt touch it. BACK COUNTRY is an awesome place great people who know what they are doing. No hassels and very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Was great doing buisness with u. Recomend highly. Thanks again

The staff at Back Country RV Center provided professional honest service. We were having water heater problems while over three thousand miles from home. They called the company for the warranty information, provided the part, and double checked the electrical status of the water heater. This is the place to go for RV service and/or other RV related items.

My Husband and I were looking for a camper. Driving through Meridian we saw Back Country RV and stopped. They had a nice selection of what we are looking for... Great place to do business. Salesman was very nice and was not pressured.

I would surly like to thank the people of Back Country Rv for their hard work and kindness . We arrived Sunday morning at Queen City Truck stop on our way to South Carolina . My mother had taken a turn for the worst as she is in 4th stage breast cancer Our truck had lost power and we were going to have to go to Nelson's Chevrolet to get it fixed Our problem was we were hauling a 5th wheel RV and couldn't get it loose from the truck . I found Back Country on the internet and called and they said. Bring it right down . The minute we arrived they met us and proceeded to get it loose . We went straight to Nelsons Chevrolet and was met with great people there that did a fantastic job of getting us back up and running . We then went back to Back Country to get our Rv and they were working on our problem We have lived in Texas for 6 years and have missed the smiling faces and warm people that the south has . Texas is ok but our people are different . God still lives in the south and he sure sent a lot of his people to us . Meridian has great people and they have surely been a blessing to us . It once again reminded us that just when you think all hope is lost God steps in and shows us that he didn't bring us this far to let us go . We would sincerely like to thank all the people at Back Country RV Center and especially the man who worked just about all day tirelessly on fixing our problem May God bless each and everyone of you and you will always be a reminder to us how much God loves us all .

Back Country RV in Hattiesburg Mississippi that's where I bought my 28 foot grey wolf toy hauler toy hauler is a camper that the back opens up drops down into a ramp where you can load up your Harley Davidson Trike in the back it's got an 8-foot section it's kind of like a garage the people there were wonderful they were extremely knowledgeable their cell staff was very very knowledgeable and wonderful the store they helped me with everything I needed to know about extras and supplies that I needed the service staff they help me install anything and everything that I needed with my truck to make sure that my camper was ready to go overall it was a wonderful experience buying my new camper there and if you're going to buy one they're probably the best place in the world to buy what you need in the way of a a camper or motorhome great place great people
