Review of AirSouth -West Jackson, MS

Our experience with AirSouth, despite ultimately canceling our contract and installation, was surprisingly positive overall. From the initial contact on June 11th to the resolution on June 19th, dealing with their customer service and the owner, James Sinclair.

Firstly, it took several phone calls to coordinate the cancellation and the return of equipment, which could have been frustrating. However, every interaction with AirSouth's team, including technicians, the finance department, the call center staff, and Mr. Sinclair himself, was remarkably pleasant and professional. They were understanding of our decision to cancel, which was well within our contractual rights.

Mr. Sinclair, in particular, took a bit longer to facilitate the cancellation, understandably so since he aimed to complete the sale. Despite this, his willingness to listen and his respect for our decision were commendable. It's clear that AirSouth values customer satisfaction, even in situations like cancellations.

The finance company they work with also deserves praise for their efficiency in processing our cancellation request without any unnecessary hurdles.

Although our installation plans with AirSouth didn't materialize, the positive treatment we received during our cancellation process speaks volumes about their customer service ethic. Based on this experience, we would consider using AirSouth in the future for our HVAC needs. If this is how they handle cancellations, I can only imagine the level of service they provide to their regular customers.

AirSouth employees were outstanding. Plumbing expert Gary H. was outstanding. He solved all my plumbing problems. I give him a rating of 100 on a scale of 10 with 10 being great worker

Trent C. was a very prepared and qualified technician. He got our a/c repaired quickly on a weekend job. Good personality along with a good attitude was evident from the start. Great representative for AirSouth !

Technician Gary Hudson came out on adequate timing and performed a marvelous job. He was very professional and very consistent. He worked very hard to figure out issues and solve all problems

The light fixtures in my store went out. I’ve called multiple company’s, and they were sure I had to replace all of them because they were “brittle”. I wasn’t too sure of this so I called Airsouth Cooling and heating. They responded quickly and sent someone out the next day. John S. Installation went well Gary and crew did a great job and was very informative as well!

We joined this company and have been very satisfied with their service . Gary came out and got our water back running after our pipes busted . He was very professional and friendly and answered all of our questions we had . We are very happy with this company! Would highly recommend them.
