Finally getting around to writing this review now that I’ve had some time to experience the work Cody and his crew completed. I will say I am very happy!

Last September 2021, we had moved into a new build home in Holden, MO. I soon realized we had a terrible issue with the grading of our property as well as the drainage. I tried playing the builders game of having their “landscaper” come out to work on our problem areas. After he continually stood us up, we decided to get a second opinion which is where Cody and JohnMeyer Construction come into play. Cody was fantastic to work with and was all about making us happy. He answered any questions I had before he started the job and even during the project was willing to take the time to explain things in detail. When his crew was here working; he was continuing stopping by to check in and that’s when he was here himself doing the work. It was definitely helpful he was assertive and willing to make sure the jobs were done correctly.

He ended up burying the drainage tiles, regrading our whole property, bringing in dirt and putting sod down. I can easily say our yard is one of the best looking yards in our development.

Cody and his team did a great job on our land clearing project. High quality work, exceeded our expectations, and his pricing was the best by far from other bidders!

Cody was great! He was a day early for the job. He was fast, polite, very net and precise. He strives so much to ensure the customer is happy with what he is doing for you. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

Cody was very polite, was timely, and kept me informed of the work that they had completed and what was still needed. He and his crew did a great job on removing a lot of trees, installing French Drains, and bringing in quality dirt and completing the final grading on my 1 acre lot. I really appreciated his hard work and professionalism. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to others

Cody is polite, hardworking and does great work. He did a fantastic job on our gravel driveway, culverts and pond and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished project. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him for our future projects.

Johnmeyer construction, done a great job putting down and spreading 28 tons of gravel up and down my driveway and bringing it level where my sidewalk came out to driveway. That way I wouldn't have to worry anymore about tripping and falling because of my bad knees. He stayed right at it trying to get it done and done the way I wanted it done. They were kind and thoughtful and was willing to go that extra mile to get a satisfied customer.
Well done guys and if anything comes up that I can't handle then Johnmeyer construction will get my business again. Thank you Johnmeyer construction for you're hard dedicated work, much appreciated!

I just had a pond dug and it turned out awesome! Cody and his crew are top notch and very professional He kept me informed every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone.

these boys had 26 ton of gravel hauld, dumped and spread. Fast prompt service. They had my driveway done in less than 24 hour. Highly recommend these boys. Very fair prices. Very Dependable!

Cody has done backfill, snow plowing, road building, and even helped us put in a volleyball court. Good work, and very fast!

I would like to say thanks to cody our truck broke down in the heat of the day . Not only did he stop to offer help but took my 80 year old dad to get the part and fix the truck not many like him left in the world . So thanks again and godbless.

Cody, Peyton and Evan, his crew did a good job! Taking down a tricky huge Maple tree and re-graveled a couple of our driveways.

Came out and took some large trees down on my property at a very fair price, did exactly as I wished with the trees and cleaned up the mess, professional work!

I wish there was a 4 1/2 ☆ buttom because no one is perfect... we all have something to work on. But Cody is a good young hard working man who has the knowledge and experience to get the job done. He did a really good job with my property. From tree and stomp removal to land granding and storm drain re- routing he's done a great job. I recommend him for your job. I will be using him in the near future again.
