I can not express how grateful I am to the team at JVA. From start to finish the level of customer service and compassion this company shows it customers is exemplary. I have purchased multiple items including wheel chairs and a lift chair. They always make sure that I have the perfect fit to ensure comfort. Whenever there has ever been any questions or concerns the issue is resolved or question answered quickly. You can not go wrong with any purchase from JVA. Hands down the best in the area. Very helpful staff. I needed a mobility scooter for my mother to go on vacation. I was able to rent one that disassembled. They spent quite a bit of time showing me how to take it apart and put it back together. It worked very well for our vacation, and mom was glad to have it. It certainly enabled us to enjoy our time together without worrying about being tired and seeing all we wanted.

I had a bad experience with my first rental but the owner made it right. I appreciated his taking care of me. I will call again to rent from them.

Great to work with

Had my wheelchair batteries replaced. Nice people. Prices as you would expect.

Chairlift not yet 4 yes old and already a motherboard is going out and brushes need replaced. Called for service on Thursday and was told part needed to be shipped from Bruno. Left messages on 3 occasions, only 1 call returned. I expressed repeatedly the urgency in getting the lift repaired, a week has passed chair is not fixed and no return call. Will not recommend this company to any others. A lift should last more than 3 1/2 years and service is paramount. Wish I had gone in another direction when selecting a provider.
