As a physician, I appreciate her professionalism and attention to detail. She was very thorough during the intake interview, when explaining and during the hearing evaluation process, and discussing my results. She is very personable.
Dr. Jill does the hearing test herself.
She was very clear that I did not need hearing aids now. We did discuss strategies to reduce my noise and sound burden at work and at home. We ultimately decided that I would benefit from custom noise reducing ear plugs.
The plan moving forward is to have a hearing test every two years.

My experience was very good. I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk. The wait was only a couple of minutes. Dr. Jill was very efficient but took time to listen to and answer all my questions. I at no time felt pressured but always felt valued.

Prior to purchasing my new hearing aid at Professional Hearing Solutions by Dr. Jill in February 2020, my previous hearing aid was damaged due to sweat while working outdoors in one of summer years I don't recall but it was more than 10 years ago.  The cause of deafness is unknown and was diagnosed between birth and 3 months old.  I had gone to several hearing aid centers and I was told that I was not qualified for digital hearing aids.  I told them about my previous hearing aid and it is an analog type not digital type.  They didn't offer analog hearing aids anymore. I had a hard time for 10 to 12 years until my late beloved female partner, Sharon, of 22 years, heard about Professional Hearing Solutions by Dr. Jill via KCRG-TV9 news on television.
