Every time I fly to Cedar rapids in and out max is always helpful really good at the gate never encounter any problems knowing that future flights won’t always be guaranteed with tight connection he puts us in good seats always getting my seats assignments fast never seem to be in a rush compare to other station i am really grateful thank you max best of luck to you and your team here you guys have a wonderful team here thank you so much

UBT is always there for our firm. We have grown a lot, and they have stayed with us every step of the way. We have been through several natural disasters and because UBT is so efficient and on top of things, we had no down time with our phone systems. They respond quicker than any vendor we have ever dealt with and only give us products that they themselves would use. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

When COVID hit, our current PBX wasn't able to handle people working remotely. We needed an immediate solution for our Customer Service department and UnitedBT helped us migrate within 1-2 days.

We had great success with them so we decided to migrate our entire company to their hosted VoIP solution. Dave and Brian were extremely thorough with the planning and execution of the project.

During the planning, we found that we were going to save more money a month going hosted vs our current setup and using Lumen for our SIP trunking and analog lines.

Our company (60-70 users) have been fully operational with UnitedBT for over a year now (our CS department for 3+ years) and it's been an absolute pleasure working with them.
