When my elderly mother needed to sell her home in Meridian our first agent couldn’t get the job done. But he was kind enough to refer us to Malcolm Martin of Winstead Realty.

From the very start Malcolm provided the attention my mom needed, immediately assessing the house and creating a project plan to get the house in top notch condition. Because my mom had already moved to Virginia and there are no family members in Meridian, Malcolm took control of every required effort. Malcolm has lived in Meridian area his entire life and knows resources to get each job done, including roofers, electricians, and a handyman. And Malcolm has complete knowledge of the housing market and expertly guided us through the process until closing. His communication throughout the process was incredible, even as his wife was about to have their baby!

Without a doubt I highly recommend Malcolm, I just wish he served the northern Virginia area as he would be my guy up here!

Terry Winstead is the best all-around realtor you could ask for. He was especially helpful and understanding as we were in the process of moving from out-of-state. Highly, highly recommend for an excellent house buying experience.

He never got impatient with me, was eager to answer any questions I had and made several suggestions. Luke Cumberland helped us buy a house in Toomauba. We were living 4 hours away when looking at houses and the only time we could come up were weekends. Luke showed us at least 7 houses each Saturday we came. We had 4 kids with us too!

Not only did he give up 2 full Saturday's to drive all over the outskirts of Meridian, but one day was storming and had a tornado, and he was still happy to show us around!

He mailed us different pamphlets about Meridian and the attractions our kids may enjoy.

He was knowledagble when it came to the area, history of certain houses, and he was the one who actually found the house we purchased. He did an excellent job of seeing what we were looking for and ultimately found us the perfect house! We highly recommend him!!
