I love this place. I’ve never had anything less than SUPERB experience from Myrna Moore. I started dealing with her in 2007 & here it is 2023. Even when I’m not ready for a vehicle, if I know someone who is I’ll send them her way. I even told her once that a Honda was not what I was seeking after she called to see if I was ready for another vehicle. I told her if she ever got in a BMW trade-in to let me know. Three months later she called…. she had the perfect one. I made the purchase. Myrna actually looks out for her customers,she’s giving you great advice & listening at you at the same time. She doesn’t try to stick you in a vehicle that you know you can’t afford. She’s just a benefit to the customer as well as the Honda dealership. Besides that, but above all, she’s a very spiritual lady. That’s what’s keeping her.

I have NEVER been treated the way I was by a salesman when I recently purchased my used Honda CRV…it has been the BEST buying experience I’ve ever had thanks to Rod Kelly! He has gone above and beyond even AFTER the sale. It’s a rarity in this world to find someone to provide such EXCELLENT customer service. I can’t recommend him highly enough, he’s a no pressure salesman that stands behind his word.

Probably the best experience I've had at a dealership service shop to date. MERIDIAN HONDA was super helpful and patient and honestly went out of their way to help us get on our way. We were traveling through, heading to a family wedding in Kentucky, when all of the lights started flashing and the car quit running. We called them and not only were they very empathetic and optimistic about helping us, but they came and picked us up when the tow truck only had one seat. They replaced the battery in pretty record time and had us on our way, so we thought... When the battery light came on again as we were leaving they figured out the issue, located an alternator and replaced it in less than two hours, even though it was later afternoon by then and they knew it might mean being there a little late. They dealt with our warranty too, and offered to drive us to get food while we waited! It's sadly a sort of rare occurrence to be treated with such care and integrity. We felt very blessed that we broke down where we did, and valued as Honda owners. Amber and Ashley were specifically helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Thanks to everyone there!

We broke down near Meridian, after a great vacation. A&D Towing service towed our Pilot to Meridian Honda. Monday morning the service department repaired the problem and our vehicle was ready to drive back home right after lunch. Thank you John, Andrew, Deon and the service techs!

I bought my new Civic from here and couldn’t have been happier. Very friendly sales staff and finance manager is willing to work with you to get your payments to where you want them. This was my first time buying a car from this particular dealership in Meridian and it was an overall great experience.

The people here are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet. My wife and I were moving from Texas to North Carolina, and we stopped in Meridian for the night. The next morning we found that my wife’s car wouldn’t start. I figured that it was the starter. I called a local shop, and they referred me to the general manager, Jeff. He got a wrecker to pick up the car, found a new starter, hurried us through the line of cars that were also waiting to be worked on, and had our car ready to go before noon. It was a short 2 hours from wrecker to full repair. I can’t give them enough praise for how kind and quickly they worked to get my wife and I back on the road. They walked with us through the whole thing! Also, after getting quotes on what a repair would be like from other places, I found that Meridian Honda charged me a little below the average quote. They definitely took care of my wife and me while we were vulnerable and lacking options. They treated us with such respect and kindness! I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra in 2021, and I just recently purchased a 2018 Honda civic with the assistance of Ms. Myrna Moore. I had an accident in my car and was unable to get around. She called me on the phone and processed the payment. She’s the best!

I cannot say enough about this service department. Family Road trip from Missouri to Florida. Sudden breakdown 3:00pm on a Friday. Desperate, I called another dealer that was closer. Zero help. Not even friendly. I called Meridian and she said we are busy but bring it in. We'll see if we can help. They worked to figure out the problem, find a part, fit us in between other appointments, and made us feel comfortable. What a great team! Thank you so,so much!

Very easy to work with. We drove almost 2 hours to Meridian Honda and are very happy! Smooth transition. Shannon was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. He even stayed 40 mins after quitting time.

Rare to require Honda service, but got a check engine light on my 2018 CRV and dropped by the dealership. A quick check identified a recent service bulletin, parts were in next day and the fix took about an hour. The entire service team was everything you would expect in making sure I understood the steps taken and resolution.
The dealership is respectful of my time and overall satisfaction.
