We ordered three (3) recliners for our Fire Department. The customer service was great. We placed the order and sent the file for the custom headrest cover. The custom headrest cover came out great and arrived before the recliners. The recliners arrived and Fire Station Furniture sent the invoice. It was great to do business with them. The members love the recliners and are looking to see if we can find funds to purchase additional ones for our other station.

We loved them so much we bought 3 more recliners for our Station 2. We had a slight issue with on of the recliners on the second order and customer service was amazing. We requested a quote within a limited timeframe and received the information right away. The duty-built PRO Stationary Black Sofa was purchased in the event he has to stay overnight etc. My chief is very satisfied with the purchase. There were no dents or scratches on delivery. The construction of this mattress is exceptional. It is firm and reshapes itself daily, so you don’t have dents and troughs that you always fall into. I never would have thought a mattress in a box would turn out to be this quality, way it took shape, and how comfortable it is.
The recliners are super comfortable and very sturdy. I can see these recliners holding up to heavy fire/Ems use. They look great and delivery was fast. We were updated constantly through the build process.
