TERRIBLE. Rude, impatient, etc. I wish I could give less than one star. So. It was my first time there, first time to therapy, ever. I sat down, extremely uncomfortable & obviously nervous. She wouldn’t talk to/get to know me or make me more comfortable. She got mad because I didn’t know what to say & she said she wasn’t gonna “force it out of me” & that “if you want help, you gotta tell me with what.” Then she said “how about you come back when you actually want help.” First therapist experience & it was traumatizing. Never going back.
