Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Stopped on our way through heading to the mountains. Margaret greeted us when we walked in and assisted in placing food orders. Margaret was the most pleasant, helpful, cheery and professional steward of her establishment. The food was good but Margaret made it more than just a fast food Stop. Thank you !

Our first visit to Zaxbys, my food was very good. My wife said her chicken sandwich was one of the best she has had.

I don’t usually do reviews for fast food restaurants, but I just have to say how nice this Zaxby’s was. Ms. Margette (I might have spelled that wrong) took our order, and she was the sweetest. 100% the best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant that was not Chic-fil-a. The food was good, and the restaurant was so clean. Nice bathrooms, good atmosphere, and great service.

The chicken and fries were hot and delicious. The peach ice tea is yummy. We ordered online and picked up through the drive-thru, it was quick and convenient. We did not go inside so I cannot comment on atmosphere.

Ya this place is worth going to. It looks pretty new and it's nice. It's a little noisy inside and I had a hard time hearing the cashier. Food was good and fast!

I visited this location on their 2nd day of operations. The drive-thru lane was long, so I opted to place my order inside. The staff members were pleasant and courteous. I received my order fairly quickly, considering the high volume of customers they were serving. My order was 100% correct (2 salads and a chicken snack) and the food was fresh and tasty. Glad to have Zaxby's in Meridian. Check out their app for lots of coupons and deals!

Brand new location from hearing people in the dining room talk. It was very clean, food was good and tge workers were running the place like a machine. Never really had a bad meal at any zaxbys but this location stands out. Next trip thru meridian and I'm eating here again. Great job guys.

Haven't been yet, but Zaxby's is my favorite chain and I've waited for this one to open for years. It's day three
since they opened and everybody wants it. Y'all say the line is very long or they're out of food; what do you expect them to do about that? Those are two things they can't control when everybody and their momma wants food from the place because it just opened. I'm choosing to be smart and patient and wait a couple weeks to try it out before I leave petty low reviews of the place. Just my two cents. I mean goodness y'all. You're part of the issue.

First time I ordered the food was hot and good. Second time the food was warm, no straw, no sauce, ketchup or napkins.

The fried chicken house salad is very large and more than enough for me to split into two meals. It looks and tastes fresh and the breading for the chicken is crispy.

The customer service is great and the wait time isn't long at all. The food is always fresh( especially their salads!) GREAT JOB!

I love how they treat their customers.

Very nice service. Quick served our selections on food with large party. Correct on all orders and tasty with complete compliments from our party with a family of seven. Love this choice for our lunch today.

Went there today 8/5/23 and I was disappointed with my meal after I got home my fries were not done I refried them before they could be consumed and my Texas toast was not brown at all! I have been to Zaxby’s in Selma, Al and in Alabaster, Al the food is great and so is the service if the food is not going to compare to other Zaxby’s this place won’t last long

The place was packed but not a problem at all. The food was made hot fresh and it was DELICIOUS!!

Everything was great .... no issues other than the app not working right to order ahead of time but other than that everything was great!

Great food, fresh, nice portions. Definitely going back.
