Miss Bonnie was an absolutely amazing person to work with. She spent 6 months trying to get my home insurance to replace my roof. She very professional and a really nice person to work with. Always available to take ur calls and answer any question u might have. The workers who replaced my roof were also easy to work with. They definitely knew what they were doing and left my yard looking like it was professionally cleaned. Would recommend this company very highly to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced

Ready2Roof made it very easy to replace our roof. They handled the insurance aspects of the project and put a tarp on the roof while we waited and stayed in touch during the process. Ryan did a fine job for us. He met our adjuster at the home and worked closely with our insurance provider to get me funds for the new roof. I am not one who usually writes reviews, but my experience with Ready2Roof was so impressive, I was compelled to do so. Hurricane Zeta was devastating to our Gulf Coast community and we needed a new roof. Being new in this area, we had no idea which companies are reputable and a friend suggested R2R. I am so glad he did. We got several bids, but R2R was overall our best option for price, delivery, and service. The entire process from bid to completion was handled efficiently and professionally by our representative Jim. The communication was consistent and continuous through each step of the process (including dealing with insurance) and Jim exceeded our expectations! A few weeks ago we discovered some possible storm damage. We have used Ready2Roof in the past for repairs. Based on previous experience, I called them again. Justin came out and we discussed the concerned areas. He promptly shimmied up the ladder. He showed me several locations (I had missed) that were damaged due to wind damage. We had a storm several months back, but I had no idea the amount of damage. It was obvious I am no expert. Within a few days, we had an insurance appraiser out , damage was noted, and checks were cut! Amazing results!

I had the opportunity of dealing with Justin Atwood! He shot me straight... added in a few extras that were left off by the previous Company. Thankfully he was able to locate more damages previously left off by several other roofing companies! I highly recommend this company to not only be a recommendation, but who you use!! Ethan was amazing! We had storm damage to our roof from the recent storms and we had our roof replaced within a week! They arrived on scene that morning and by 12 noon the roof was on! Will definitely recommend!
