This company did the road construction/addition on Third Street in Lee's Summit, MO. They widened the road from two lanes to four, and this will really be a much needed route as Lee's Summit continues to grow.

The construction did take a bit longer than expected, but the hold up, in large, was utility companies locating and moving their lines. The foreman (maybe owner?), Ed, was quick to return my phone call when the city hall directed me to him for an estimate on the closure at the top of my street. He told me to save his number in case I had any issues or concerns as the project progressed.

The company was good about keeping a street open on the north side of Third Street, which helped me avoid a detour several times a day.

Their workers were dressed cleanly (no ripped up jeans or rough appearances despite working heavy construction). The workers were well-marked in high-vis, and kept the entire length of road lined with cones that made it easy to tell exactly where lanes were. Sometimes these "lanes" moved from the north side of the street to the left, and these workers just kept it so clean and safe.

Construction companies are not my favorite to deal with, but Ed and his crew made the process so much easier on our family (as we are smack-dab in the center of their work). I also took notice of how quick they were to repair fences that needed taken down and how quickly they got our neighbor's driveway poured (which we knew would need to be taken out for the process, so no nasty surprises from these guys, thank God).

All in all, this crew comes across as extremely professional and well-run. I am going to send an email to my city to let them know how nice these people are and how beautiful this road is looking.

Thank you, R.B.E. for a job well-done!

I was driving down the highway yesterday and a dump hauler with Radmacher Brothers Excavating on the door was spewing gravel out of the top of the truck, bouncing onto the road and into the air for other cars to hit. A half dozen or so small rocks hit my windshield, one causing the windshield to shatter. This was not a standard hazard of the road, it was negligence; the truck was loaded too full, not properly covered, and the driver was putting others in danger. I called Radmacher to submit a claim, and they claimed that the truck was loaded with large rocks, not small rocks, so they won't cover the cost. They are unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake and instead insinuated that I was lying because their records show conflicting information. This company has no integrity and cares more about saving $100 than doing the right thing. Definitely would not recommend working with a company with such poor values.

LAZY, DANGEROUS, AND FONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I called to tell them we don’t need another final destination film, and the lady was more concerned with me knowing she didn’t load the truck than getting this mess off the road. She he metal pallets dropped about a foot after a bump. And half the straps are loose.

Watch the driver in a big red truck with do his own Excavating work in public land just decided he couldn't take the time to make a U-turn properly and drove his big truck through the grass destroying all of it no regard for anyone else's property
