Friendly and very helpful in my experience of determining if I have the need for hearing aids. The whole experience from the friendly receptionist to the Audiologist who tested me and discussed my treatment options as a result of the tests, was smooth and pleasant. I heartily recommend this office!

Great experience. Easy to schedule, professional, personable, took her time. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Their office called and dealt with my insurance for me to see what I qualified for during the appointment so that I could be told during the appointment. Would highly recommend!

Great staff, and good place to go for hearing problems!

First, next to no wait time, only long enough to fill out some paper work as new patient. Quiet, uncrowded waiting room with a very pleasant receptionist. Then the audiologist. I really enjoyed the rapport that we developed through getting to know my hearing issues time. The folks at the office I went to were the best in the area. They really care about helping the patient and giving you a test result that is easy to understand. Guidance through the the process and no question was off limits. I highly recommend American Hearing + Audiology!

Lorna and Kristen are amazing! So helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. We have been bringing my grandma here for years and will never go anywhere else. Five stars ladies!

Both of the the ladies here were fantastic! Lorna at the front desk is always so nice and helpful. Kristen is an excellent provider. She is very knowledgeable and always makes sure you are hearing the best you can. I look forward to coming back in to see them for each visit!

The specialist there, Kristen is wonderful. She helped me get hearing aids that are rechargeable and Bluetooth. They have helped so much. They treat you like family there. I highly recommend! Lorna the secretary is so great on the phone also.

Always willing to help. I had a minor connection problem between my iPhone and hearing aids, and Kristen was able to fix it and just moments. I thought it was a much more complex issue and probably would’ve been if I had tried myself. Office is friendly and open.

I just got my second pair of hearing aids from American Hearing. For the first time in 20 years the ringing in my left ear has all but stopped.

Kristin was quick to identify that the receivers on the hearing aids I currently wear had a receiver in the ear that would not reach the high frequencies that I lack. Changing the recever to a differnt one made a lot of difference. I would highly recommend the Independence Office of American Hearing
