Well we had to use the drive through this time due to the fact that it was a little bit after 10 pm and I don't know what gets into the other customers but when it is after that time it will be swamped with other customers and they on the inside become so extremely slow at the orders that occur and I don't understand what it is with the entire picture but the food was perfect and this was not a bad thing nor a complete good time spent in the drive through

I ordered online. It was a large order but it didn't take them long to fix it. They forgot my apple pies and I had to go back but the lady at the front was nice and gave them to me.

I bought food for my son as he was fortunate to drive me to the airport this morning. He said it hit the spot, plus the Diet Coke I got for me was great.

They always get my order right, it's ALWAYS very clean & the staff is very friendly! I've used this McDonald's for 14 years & its always been this way! They're always excited to join up with local schools for fundraising too! I've worked with them for several years now & 2 different schools to do fundraising & its always been a great success & they easiest Fundraiser ever! So glad they are such an amazing store & in MY community!

You can count on McDonald's to be consistent in their products so far as taste! For example, their fish sandwich will taste the same here in Missouri as well as Texas! Great Customer Service is consistent and refreshing!

Little slow on getting food. Maybe not enough staff doing lunch. Place was clean

You guys rock! 11:30 pm on a Monday, brisk traffic but you really kept the line moving quickly making super fresh food. Great team!

It can get busy but it's the only place in town open this late so understandable. People have been nice, food fine, I just wished every Mc D's didn't act like napkins come out of their paychecks. 8 out of 10 times I don't get them. Why? Will they just be handing me unbagged food next? Otherwise, it's a Micky D's, does what it needs to do.

I just picked up a order for the customer to deliver it to them

I came here at like 2am one night it took like 45mins to get my food! And it was wrong. I called and they said come back another day! I went in today and the Manager Alonzo thoroughly apologized for the mishap and immediately ordered me a meal and it came out speedy and hot! I’ve been coming here for like 15 years so when I have only one complaint and they make it right it means a lot.

The drive thru experience started out a little iffy, as it didn't seem the person taking our order understood what I told her, but we got through the line quickly, and everything was accurate, hot and fresh!

Fast, fresh and friendly! My drive through service was knowledgable and polite. They are super fast at the window as well! And their ice cream machine is NEVER "out of order" like other locations. Very reliable.

The service comes with a smile no matter when I go. I order iced-coffee a lot. It is mixed precisely and taste sooo good. Now it's not so easy to get good coffee at restaurants, but it is ALWAYS good there. The price is excellent as well. Go get your coffee hookup. I highly recommend this place.

Employees were all super friendly.. Fast order for food but.. Please learn to make fresh fries instead of giving old ones when you know they are old..

Even when they're running behind because they're short staffed, just like every other fast food place that's now reaping what they sow, they do a fantastic job here and my God they do not pay these folks enough

My order was made completely right. I appreciate it when the employees take the time to make sure they heard the order correctly. The customer service was extremely good and they were very polite.

I don't know who cooked my food this morning, but I am happy to report that this morning was the best McDonald's breakfast I've had since I was a kid. Great job Raytown McDonald's.
