Had such a great experience here yesterday afternoon. The individual at the register was SUPER helpful with a pumpkin drink I wanted veganized. So kind that it just about restored my faith in humanity (it’s often destroyed when living in NYC)!

I loved their coffees. I have tried the same order in other Starbucks but it never tastes like this time. It was a good experience but the woman in the counter was rude.

It is starting to become my favorite one along the Route 9 corridor as the staff has been attentive and thoughtful. So enjoy your favorite beverage either to go or you can stay in their indoor or outdoor seating areas, take advantage of the drive thru option and be on your way.

Tired after hours of spending? Grab a coffee before you go!

It's easy to park here early in the morning but it's a bit difficult if the shops are open and it's a busy day. The Starbucks isn't too far into the shopping area, so it's a quick walk from the parking lot. This location tends to be pretty busy but it's not a problem if you order ahead in the app.

I Had a very great experience with the Starbucks in app order as there was a long line in store and my order was ready in a mere 5 minutes!!

This review is long overdue... I frequent this location often and haven't always had the following experience. Kaitlin, one of the managers in the Woodbury location adds substantial value and deserves recognition. As I'm sure many would agree, she is simply amazing. Kaitlin is so kind and humble. I am constantly impressed by her ability to build connection with customers. She is so friendly, addresses everyone by name and even takes the extra step to add little motivational phrases and/ or stickers to customers drinks and food. She puts a smile on my face several times a week! Even during the busiest of day's (trust me- it gets crazy in there), she works so unbelievably well under pressure. She remains calm, professional and consistent. Talk about a HUGE asset to the company. Starbucks, give this girl a raise!!!

As always, Starbucks wins the heart! Cold coffee is perfect for a hot afternoon!

I go to the Starbucks every time I have work and the atmosphere as well as the food and the service are absolutely perfect.

They were very busy, but that was expected. The rumor was that Casey Neistat was there, but I never seen him?
I would have really enjoyed meeting him though. That guy has fun for a living, and does some of the best reviews ever.

Great staff. made my coffee perfect. Only issue was the place was so busy. They should have a bigger location with more staff or a second location. Some people on line gave up waiting and left.

Always crazy busy so order ahead on the app if you can. Even with a line almost out the door, the staff are always friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain new drinks or offerings and keep the place running like a well oiled machine.

In a busy crowded shopping area, I didn't expect good coffee as well as good service. But I was so impressed by Mina. When she told me they out of blonde, she offered me pour over (Zambie) but charged as regular. She is just gentle and put her heart to make one good coffee. The taste was fabulous and the service just outstanding. It just changed my thoughts from "so so" to positive about Starbucks. Good job and keep going!

Stopped here on a road trip. Due to the virus this Starbucks is taking orders at the door. I found the partners to be very helpful and nice. The markings to keep social distancing are easy to understand and follow. Would visit here again.

Best blonde iced vanilla latte I have ever had! Most polite staff, always looking out for the safety of their guests by reminding them to "Mask Up". If you do not want to wear a mask go to a different Starbucks and go through the drive thru.

The service was great! I asked for them to fix my coffee and they were very nice about it.
