Affinity Property Management

I worked with Affinity's Property Manager Liz and it was nothing but a positive experience. Liz was very personable and took a genuine interest in my family. She asked questions to ensure the housing was going to work best for us. She was always accessible and timely when reaching out to her both during, and outside normal working hours. This kind and personable quality is also what i experienced with the other staff members whenever I stopped by the office. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Affinity for all of these reasons and more!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Affinity Property Management. I moved into one of their properties in 2020 and from the office staff to maintenance everyone has been amazing. Vance is the best! He always makes sure any issues or problems that arise are addressed. Coming from the property management world I know how important it is to take care of your residents. I would recommend Affinity Property Management to anyone looking for great residential services.

Affinity has always listened to my husband and I's requests/needs and responds in a timely manner. Vance specifically has handled most of our requests and we appreciate the effective communication and willingness to assist.

The most recent project included the Crafty Bros Construction company who completed their part of the job quickly.

Very helpful office staff. Vance has been a great help in my time leasing from Boyson Row. Beautiful, spacious townhouses with a dishwasher and fairly new washer and dryer in unit!

I ended up in quite the pickle because of me foolishly waiting a month for another company to approve me. I saw a place I absolutely LOVED that is with Affinity. They all bent over backwards and made miracles happen to get me in to it. They were always completely transparent with me (another application was pending that was ahead of me) and responded to emails almost immediately. They have an app that allows you to pay rent, file maintenance requests, etc. They've been very prompt and courteous about a few issues found after moving in. There are no "crazy" demands in the lease, either. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!

I would never advise anyone to rent from Affinity Property Management They tell you when you request for maintenance they say that they never got the request. I saved everything that I received from them and I sent the via email . I lost my keys to the apartment door garage door and mailbox key. They told me that I had to get the locksmith to make new keys for me. They told me I didn’t have a garage and I hadn’t been paying for it. They have very poor management skills and are slum Lords. I have never experienced like this in my life before. My last day Is the 15th of May. I’m prorating my rent for the month. I don’t have a lease and they said I do my lease expired last October. One month they told me I didn’t pay my rent when I did. I had to contact my lawyer about that . I won of course. I’m even relocating out of Cedar Rapids to another city.

I have been a resident of infinity for years now and I took advantage of the Obligo option to use my deposit for rent. It was fast and easy I would definitely recommend you guys take advantage of this opportunity.

All the property managers have chins. Unlike the false claim made by a previous review. I got a email confirming this.

Just wanted to give Eric in Maintenance a nice shout out-
My furnace was acting up suddenly- and Eric showed up probably less than an hour after my message.
He was able to get it fixed up right away.

We had very little time to find a place and they got it done that day for us. I am so very thankful for their help and promptness. The lady they have maintaining the place is fabulous!
