If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so without hesitating because they have been really nice to me since I started renting with them. Anytime I call them for maintenance requests they respond to me right away. Honestly, I really like how they treat me. Thank you.

I have been renting from Spire for about a year now, and could not be more pleased with how quickly they respond to maintenance problems. I had a plumbing problem after 11PM and they sent a plumber after midnight to address the problem immediately.

Started with Eagle and transferred to Spire. From what I can tell staff has remained mostly consistent with almost always a positive experience. They are picky as a management company should be so that can be a little concerning sometimes but as long as you communicate and do what you agree to I’ve found they are easy enough to work with. Maintenance after Durecho was a bit slow and again to be expected, everything was slow but it was nothing major or unmanageable. Otherwise only two other request and they’ve been very responsive. My home owner is a bit picky too so I try to accommodate and still make things work for my family and it works out. We love our location, neighbors, and school and we’re pretty chill so it all works out for us! I’d definitely recommend the company and staff. Deb specifically has always been great!

Spire is a well run operation. Finding just the apartment we wanted was a real struggle. We dealt with a number of property management services; Spire’s representative was the most helpful. The best part was that once we decided on a place, Spire got all the paperwork done in a single afternoon. What a pleasant change from our past renting experiences!!

Had a running water issue in the complex and not sure where it was. Matt responded to.the call and fixed issue. He contacted me (it wasn't my unit) and advise me that issue was fixed and no damage that would effect my unit. ALL the maintenance crew at Spire are prompt and professional. Thank you again Matt .

Spire only recently took over Eagle Property. I have been living here for almost 19 years. The entire staff has always been a joy to work with. Deb especially has always provided excellent and timely service. Great Job!!!!

They are very kind and understanding. I was injured and out of work, for a few months, pretty late with a few of my payments, vented unkindly to them. They were nothing short of great professionalism, kindness, understanding, and respect. I love my apartment, from them. It is very clean, no bugs, convenient location, good neighbors, and my utilities are pretty low, which is just midamerican energy, and the rent is lower than average. They take pride, in taking care of their property. I definitely recommend Spire.

I have never had a problem with Spire Property Management. The property management that I originally signed with were horrible. Spire was a godsent when they took over. Very friendly, maintenance is wonderful and they always return your calls unlike some companies.

I've lived on Forest and 32nd Street in Des Moines for over 3 years. Spire bought my building around 6 months ago. They're very professional and they are making necessary repairs and upgrades to the property that the previous landlord ignored. Very happy with their service. Julie is an excellent point of contact! Very responsive to issues and non-intrusive as long as your rent is paid and you're not causing problems in the building.

I have rented from this company multiple times. They have always came through in a reasonable amount of time for any fixes. I have always felt safe in our apartment they are not high end but the company keeps up what they have

Have been renting from Eagle/Spire for getting close to 20 years now and they've always been nice to us and get things repaired when needed when asked. I'm happy to be a tenant of theirs for so long.

i am very very glad i take the opportunity to rent from spire property management. they are great people great staff and service is great and quick, I'm at the point where i don't want to leave just wanted to stay and rent from them. All of you who will see my post you should join the experience i have with them.

So far they have addressed all maintenance issues they have done more than any of the previous owners where I'm staying. They've communicated with me I have had a good experience they've taken care of the sidewalks and lawn I have had no problems with them.

Great experience so far, I definitely recommend them for a fair renting opportunity and affordable price. No crappie apartment with them , all apartments are clean and nice

Been looking for an apartment since deracho I'm glad I waited I was a home owner for 25 yrs so they were very patience with me and found the perfect apt for me. Thanks the people at spire and Renee for putting out the Hershey's kisses lol.a
