VULNERABLE POST: While I’ve never had braces, I’ve had a chipped tooth for almost 20 years now. Dr. Rebekah Howell fixed my teeth effortlessly and ensured they were perfect. She even went back to make sure multiple times. Highly, highly recommend. Professionally staff, great office workers!

I would like to thank Dr. Howell and her staff. My husband and I stopped by her office one day looking for a new dentist. We thought maybe we could get an appointment for cleaning! They immediately said they could see us then. We were so surprised. They took my husband and I and immediately started cleaning our teeth. I ended up with needing two crowns and several fillings. They made appointments and I have only to get my permanent crown done ( which was done today.) With much laughter and serious conversations , I can honestly say I have found a home at Downtown Denistry. Thanks to everyone for making me feel very welcome!

I cannot even convey how wonderful Dr. Howell and her staff are. I had made an appointment to start with their office for later this month. Today I had an emergency situation when a tooth became abscessed very quickly and put me in intense pain.

Thanks to a cancellation, I was able to get in same day. From Julie who took my call and worked with me (and was determined to help me), to Laura who took such great care of me and to Dr. Howell who is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to - I could not be more pleased.

The office is comfortable, warm and inviting I felt completely at ease even though I was in a lot of pain. Every measure was taken to take great care of me. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Howell and her amazing staff!

She may be great as a dentist but HORRIBLE as a human being. She and her husband dumped our mother at the worst nursing home to die in, then never told me she died. No funeral, no obituary, no option to come see her even though I live in the same town. She was MY mother too, and I was the only one in the family who took care of our father in HIS dying days with no help from them at all. Heartless cold people. So you know who you are dealing with. And every time I post these facts somehow they are able to get them down, but I will keep posting. Always.
