Crestwood Sleep Center Huntsville

Just had a study done 3/18/22 took me a minute to find the actual suite 106 but after that was as smooth as possible. I was blessed with a tech name Brian I believe and he was one of the most comforting professional techs that place could have. He made me at home, he made me feel content with his professionalism and if I owned a business I would want 10 like this guy. He mentioned he was retiring soon and I hope he enjoys it but Crestwood needs to try and hang on to him for maybe training future techs on how to explain everything step by step and making in comprehensive from medical terms. Actual 3 techs last night was exceptional....get them turkey Mr brian

EXCELLENT!!! And much to my surprise, not only was it very clean and the staff was very friendly , especially after reading some of the reviews I was a little reserved and had thought about canceling. I have absolutely zero negative things to say about the facility and the staff everything exceeded my expectations! I am glad that I gave them a chance and didn’t cancel my appointment because they were nothing at all like I had read about in the reviews before I had went. Just to try to further my comfort I was asked if they could do or get me anything to help me sleep (ie) bring me to help me sleep better, I asked if I could get a fan which they brought me they offered me a sound machine and extra pillows or blanket. And the following morning I was offered coffee and juice. And because I didn’t think about needing, I asked about toiletries so I could shower before going home and get that goop out of my hair I keep a spare toothbrush and mini tube of toothpaste in my purse but after she brought me the shower items she asked if I needed a toothbrush or toothpaste as well.

Very courteous and answered all my questions. Made it very comfortable for me from the time I arrived until the time I left. The room was very clean along with the sheets and bathroom.

Just finished up my 2nd sleep study at this location. Both times have gone smoothly and without incident. The staff that I dealt with was great and respectful. My first visit everything was explained thoroughly, my second visit it was the same process so nothing new. I brought my own pillows, body pillow, and comforter to make sure I was comfortable. Haven't had any issues with the claim of bed bugs by other reviewers. Bathrooms were spotless, the room was clean with everything laid out. My only complaint is that the mattresses suck. I have many co-workers who've done their studies here at not one has shared any stories like below. Black, brown, red or white... Not one person has complained.

Had my overnight study performed on 04/07/22. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep almost the entire night. The first couple hours were disturbed by loud conversation and laughing in the hallways. Not sure if this was custodial or the sleep center staff; not that it matters. Also, the diagnostic equipment looked--very--old & outdated to me. The sheer amount of cables attached to my head & body made it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to switch sides.

The bed felt stiff and the sheets/blanket were thin. The only positives I can give are that my tech was friendly and the room was clean. My experience gave a strong impression that Crestwood is heavily cutting costs to maximize profit. They should consider investing some of it back into their patients' healthcare.

Took my 3 YO son here for a sleep study and did not feel comfortable. Could not properly regulate the heat...was either too hot or too cold. The Tech was not friendly and seemed annoyed with me and my son. We accidentally left my son's toy there and they discarded it without giving us ample time to get it. I would NOT recommend this place!

My 13 year old had an inconclusive study. She only slept 2 hours and 26 minutes. At the follow up 3 weeks later the NP said the study should be repeated. The lack of sleep was due in great part to disturbances by sleep lab employees. They were laughing and talking loudly. They were most loud at 3 am. I had to leave the room to as them to be quiet. Also her sleep was disrupted by feedback noises that occurred throughout the night from the ceiling speaker. The recliner I slept in was very noisy and disrupted her sleep every time I moved. I emailed Crestwood regarding this experience. The NP and doctor at Roy Sleep Center were also informed about this experience. Never got a response from either. I highly recommend Vanderbilt Sleep Center in Nashville.
