These guys in Huntsville are awesome. I was stuck out of town with the need for a 20 year old part. They helped me get a good enough replacement to get back on the trail. Thanks guys your the best. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing local bike shop! Extremely accommodating and did an excellent job on a front fork install on my eBike at a very reasonable price. Love the location and the thoughtful service. Strongly recommend this shop.

The guys were awesome! I took my mountain bike in for suspension service after setting up an appointment. (This makes my life so much easier by knowing when I can get the bike back and minimizing the time it sits in the shop and not rolling down the trail.)

Additionally, these guys were kind enough to save one of their old bike boxes for me to reuse. They held it to the side and gave me a call when it was available.

Great local bike shop! They can handle my mountain bikes and also take care of my kids bike issues. Great customer service and good turn around time. I highly recommend this bike shop. They have a great bike selection too.

The shop looks great with a good selection of bikes at varying price ranges. I took my bike for repairs but unfortunately it was beyond a little TLC, thankfully the employee there was able to sell me a new chain as well as adjust my brakes so I could get home safe! Super thankful for that, and I hope to need to do business there again.

Really great local shop. Had an issue that was out of the norm for them, and they still helped me out. I nothing about bikes. They spoke plainly, didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions. Excellent customer service and excellent experience overall.

I phoned Tommy to ask about the cost and availability of handlebar endcaps. He said they're free!! Ok! Let's go to Trailhead! I needed some 700cx25 tires, as well. I didn't get the fine gentleman's name, he went straight up a spiral staircase and plucked two for me!! I'm a happy old man that can highly recommend Trailhead! All fine people and are ready to help! Nice doggie was in there,too!!

Excellent customer service. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to get a quick tune up on my son’s mountain bike. James fixed the bike and did not charged me. He said the work done was minimal and asked me to come by if I needed other services. That’s outstanding service. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone trying to buy or service a bicycle within the Huntsville area.

Old school here, coming from Alabama bike shop and places like the Pedaler, Outdoor Omnibus, fair, fast and would recommend to anyone, pro or novice just like me that just needed a tube. Good prices, great selection, awesome service.

This place is great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and humble staff. This shop is perfect for every type of ride. You can walk in anxiety-free knowing that the staff here isn't going to pressure you into something you can't afford and will work with any bike questions/repairs without judgment. It doesn't matter if you are bringing in a Road racing rig or your kid's first bike, this place is here to get you riding and do it with a positive attitude!

First time coming here and was a bit nervous being a heavy rider. The gentlemen that assisted me were very kind and did not make me feel nervous. They were very polite and helpful and assisted me with picking out a wonderful bike to suit my needs and took the time to help me understand the bike and even adjusted it for me. I was allowed to test ride the bike without being watched. 10/10 I will be back to purchase another bike when the budget allows!

Incredibly knowledgeable people that are great about letting you know exactly what you need! Huntsville is a wonderful area for biking, whether for leisure or commute, but to someone like me that hasn't been on a bike in over a year (and on a proper bike- not something from Walmart that falls apart after a summer- never) it can be confusing to get started. The staff here had me feeling confident when I put my order in, and on top of that, their layaway program means I can be secure in knowing I will get my equipment, but I don't have to break the bank all at once. Awesome!

Fiance's dad gave us a bike for him to ride to work. First ride it broke. We took it to Trailhead and the sales associate gave us excellent advice about the broken bike. Ended up leaving the old bike behind and leaving with a better one!!! Definitely recommend, excellent service, excellent selection, wonderful people.

Great service with decent prices. I’ve brought my bike in for a couple things to get worked on and upgraded. Prices always seemed reasonable and they were pretty quick.

Outstanding service! I had problems with a rear axle repair that I was trying to do myself. I received great advice and extraordinary service. I purchased a key part and even felt impressed to leave a tip.

Went by to purchase an entry level aluminum bicycle. Elijah was GREAT and very helpful, since I haven't ridden a bicycle in a very long time!
