The team just had my bike in the shop and resolved two separate ride issues along with routine fork and shock servicing. The bike rides like new again. Perfect! The tech even called when the bike was ready to be picked up and explained everything in good detail that he fixed and serviced. Went to Huntsville for the 1st time taking my daughter to the NASA Space Camp. Got a wk to spend and found this lovely local bike shop offering casual bike rides at sunset weekly. It was free and anyone can join! The ride got me through the most beautiful parts of Huntsville along the Tennessee River during sunset (so bring a bike light). The pace was casual and riders are very friendly. There was a longer route for people who wanted a bit more exercise. I chose it, and gladly I did. Didn't get to spend too much time in the shop itself, but it was sufficiently stocked with various kind of bikes from MTB to gravel, to road. If you like riding and want to explore Huntsville the best possible way, join the ride. Or just visit the bike shop if you want to get some cycle related accessories as souvenir, make a stop at the shop! You will love it!

Already the best Huntsville bike shop before new ownership, sunset bikes has gone from strength to strength and remains head and shoulders above others in the area (and likely for a long way around).

Superb selection of bikes (and they wont try to upsell you exotica if that's not your budget), parts, accessories and a service shop that is fast, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable priced.

Even if you are buying a casual bike - and absolutely if you are buying something more serious - have Brendan do a full fit for you. It's an additional expense but his knowledge and experience will make your bicycling adventure better, more comfortable, and more fun. He'll take his time with you, answer all your questions and make recommendations to maximize your bicycling enjoyment.

I’m a newer rider. Sunset Bicycles helped me find a bike that I LOVE and now I can’t stop riding. I dropped it off for some brake work 6 months later, and when I got the bike back, they not only returned it to me good as new, but also gave me tips and tricks how to keep it in shape longer and also a recommendation of a new trail to ride this weekend. Love this shop!

The staff was super friendly and helpful with getting my teen ready for joining the mountain bike team at his school. They answered all of our questions and fitted him for a bike and gear. They took the time to really inform us of about what we needed to look for and understand to get into the sport.

Great bike buying experience. Clear communication, great customer service, and great selection to choose from. I also had them order more parts for me, they had them installed in a very timely manner. Very Happy!

Honestly the best bike shop I've ever been to. I got my triathlon bike tuned up and refitted and the refitting was the best I've ever had. I thought it was odd that the fitting was scheduled for 2.5 hours and was skeptical that it would need that much time, but boy was I wrong! Brandon gave the most comprehensive fitting I've ever had. He focused on every detail of my form and bike from the smallest tweak on the shoe and speed plays to the angle and location of the aerobars. I did not expect such a detailed and comprehensive session, but it was absolutely worth the time and money. They are worth every star they've given. On top of that, the bike was in tip top shape and my rides have been amazing. I'll always be coming back here for my bike needs.

Best bike shop I’ve been to! They answered all questions and tuned my bike up quickly (tip, book an appointment for faster turn around). I’ll gladly drive by other bike shops to get to Sunset Bicycles! Also, they have a great selection of new bikes, unlike many bike shops out there.

Super friendly and super knowledgeable team. Brandon has worked with me several times and I could not ask for a better service. As a beginner, I still have a lot to learn, but he has been patient and always takes time to educate where he can. They also have a great community of riders and plenty of resources to get anyone started. Cannot recommend them enough!
