My exterior unit would not turn on. Sam came out same day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and at a very reasonable price. Didn't try to upsell me and answered every question I had about my unit, even though I'm sure I was a little annoying. I have no complaints. You'd be hard pressed to find a more professional, honest, and trustworthy technician around Huntsville, and I'm sure the same can be said about the rest of his crew.

Air Degree is a very professional, efficient and amazing company. Shopped around quite a bit and am sooo happy we went with Lonnie and his crew. Had to replace old duct work and downstairs AC system. Best price around and they went beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend Air Degree 💯%!!!

Lonnie and crew are the best. They are focused on fixing the problem rather than selling you a new system. My heat recently went out and I expected a sales pitch for a new system since mine is pretty old. They were able to get it running with just a couple of small repairs and saved me literally thousands of dollars. He went through thoroughly troubleshooting and figured out exactly why it wasn’t working. It was tricky because there were 2 problems but he found them and fixed them rather than just trying to sell me parts or even a whole new system. There is no one else I will ever call or recommend again.

You can tell they have integrity and concern for consumers and honesty which is hard to find today. I highly recommend Air Degree for all your HVAC needs. First off, Air Degree gave me the best price for a new unit for the house. I did check with some other companies and it wasn't even close. Second, when Lonnie told me what time to expect them, they were there on time and ready to work. Most important of all to me was the amount of detail they put into there work. Doing the little things to make sure I would not have any water or animal issues around the house and unit, and staying unit the job was complete. They were very easy to work with and I complete trusted their knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend Air Degree and will use them for all of my future service.

Air Degree recently replaced my 13 year old Goodman Heat-pump Package unit with a Bryant. I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism I saw during the installation. The unit works great. It has a 10 year warranty parts warranty from Bryant and a 5 year labor warranty from Air Degree. Can’t beat it. Also with Air Degree I didn’t have to put up with any nonsense like smoking or having to picking up after them. Lonnie Law and his team did a fine job for me and they will for you. I heard about them from from a friend at work.

I had other companies look at my unit but Lonnie was able to troubleshoot the problems and repair my unit in a timely and professional manner. Wow! Unbelievable service and quality. A company that believes in standing behind their word and doing a job at a fair price. You don't find that very often these days. I highly recommend we all support this company for those reason.

Our air conditioner was failing on our main level and someone referred me to Air Degree. I called Lonnie and scheduled a time for him to look at our system. He arrived when he said he would and kept in contact with me while I reviewed his quote. After deciding to use them they again arrived when they said they would and completed the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner in one day. Lonnie and Sam were extremely friendly and answered all my questions throughout the day. They stayed through early evening to ensure the system was working. I would recommend them for any HVAC work and am extremely satisfied with their overall performance.

I have had Air Degree perform maintenance and repairs on my unit twice this summer. Being a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t sure what condition my HVAC system would be in, but Air Degree serviced and cleaned my unit and made sure it was in good working order for the future. The whole city is backed up for AC repairs, these guys came out quickly and even helped me diagnose the problem before they showed up. Explained in a clear manner that it was a small maintenance-based issue and fixed it in 10 minutes. These guys won’t try to sell you a new unit if it can be repaired. Bonus- my dog escaped out of the back gate. On the way out, they found them two blocks away and brought them back to my house, stand up dudes
