I was quoted $2,900 from another company to replace the compressor and these guys just rolled up and installed a secondary capacitor and a relay and the existing compressor fired right up, saving me $2,675. Very honest and competent! I'm grateful someone recommended them to me. 🥹

Will recommend them to anyone having hvac issues! Honest business that does great work in a timely manner! Had to have my 20+ year old unit replaced and my old unit was removed and the new unit was installed within the next day!

I live out of state and have a rental property in Huntsville, Al. Last week the tenant advised me that the AC unit stopped blowing cold air. I originally reached out to another HVAC company and they went out to the townhome and stated they would need to tear through the hardwood floors and sheet rock to see if there was an issue with the ducts. I wanted another opinion and spoke to Elite Heating & Cooling. I spoke to Andrew he agreed to personally go out to the townhome and give me his expert opinion. He told me he would not need to do any demolition work on the property and sent me photos of the problem the old unit was having and advised it had mismatched parts and a wiring issue. He recommended going with a new HVAC system and offered a great warranty and gave me a more than fair price. I want to thank Andrew and his team for an amazing experience from start to finish.

Andruw and his team did an immaculate job on my home! Our air went out and it was 86° in the home. They were out next day and beat every price that I had come upon. His team informed me every step of the way what they were doing, and I’m beyond appreciative. We came across issues with trusses in the home and they were able to work through the problem with ease.

Andrew and his team knocked out a whole new HVAC system in my house but not after making sure I understood all my options and going over why he recommends what he does and what parts he puts with them to put reliability and comfort first. I went with the recommended Bosch inverter unit and it's so quiet and efficient, my house has never stayed this comfortable and I can't imagine a better option!

Andrew was able to get us a new unit and put it in in a timely manner. This came just in time before the heat hit us. He and his team are completely professional and efficient. He even has assisted my mother with her heating and air, after choosing not to go with a local service she had used after being swindled on needing some thing she did not. I asked the Facebook group for their opinions on their best heating & cooling business.
While I got atleast 20 different options, only 2 messaged me asking if they could help.
I reviewed both, and decided to go with Andrew Gunnells.
I have a tight schedule, but we managed to talk out the situation and he caught the first problem, all from a picture.
I needed a certain thermostat. I tried to put it in myself and couldn’t get the wires right, so I gave in and reached back out to him.
He came on Saturday! Checked everything else and found one other small problem.
A new capacitor. Another easy fix that he showed me that I could fix myself if I wanted to. He gave me so much advice/learning opportunities, he was inexpensive, and the best part I believe, is his morals about how to run his business. He wants to educate his clients, treat them right with honest pricing, and also be the guy you trust. 10/10 would recommend!

Contacted Andrew on Christmas Eve in 10 degree weather about a heating issues that stemmed from a incorrect install of our brand new system by a previous company, Andrew came to our rescue with a proper diagnoses and answer we needed in the mits of a freeze, Andrew had it corrected and made sure everything was working correctly before he ever even gave us an invoice, because of this Andrew the owner will forever have mine and my family’s business from here on out, his urgency to take care of me and my family in well below freezing weather when no one would answer our calls shows he has his customer best interest in all situations..

Reasonable price. Friendly and nice. Fixed the problem. Will call again.
