John came to a house last minute to do an HVAC inspection on a house under contract for my buyers. He took his time looking at the unit as well as the fireplace when I asked if he minded checking that, too. Pointed out some things I should note and check with the inspector also. Friendly, professional, and never made me feel he was in a rush even though he came last minute.

I am so impressed with this company in so many ways! John Pospicil, the Owner, came to our house after hours when my family and I needed some help quickly! He walked me through every step of what he was doing and why so I could see that he was not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in his area of expertise. He treated my entire family and me like we were his family the whole time he was there. He was kind, respectful and thorough in his work even though it took him extra time to do everything he did and explain it as he went along. I highly recommend John and this company for any of your heating and air needs, and you can rest assured you are getting quality, honest and trustworthy service from a great person and company!
