Belk Hudson Lofts

Absolutely beautiful building, well-maintained and a fabulous location. I’ve been here for seven years and just as happy now as when I moved in.

I have lived in Belk Hudson for 2 years. This has been a wonderful first home in Huntsville for my partner and I. We are thankful for the maintenance staff and the attentiveness that the Belk Hudson Lofts manager provides to ensure that we are living in a safe and comfortable place. It is clear that the manager, Bri, cares about the residents here. In addition to the amazing personnel , the location of Belk Hudson Lofts is very convenient. All the restaurants are within walking distance and Big Spring Park is nearby as well. I would highly recommend the Belk Hudson Lofts.

I’ve been a resident at the Belk Hudson Lofts for almost 2 years. Great location with everything you need in walking distance (restaurants, groceries, bars, park, etc). The pricing is very affordable, and the gym and rooftop amenities are also very nice. Overall it has been a great place to live and I have no complaints!

I have lived in Belk Hudson for almost a year now. The common areas are always clean and the gym equipment is modern. The staff is great. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner and the property manager Bri M. is very helpful and ready to assist.

I have lived at Belk Hudson Lofts for one month. Maintenance has been both responsive and effective. The manager, Bri, did a wonderful job of helping me get started. There are abundant restaurants and bars within walking distance and there is easy 565 access to the north. I would highly recommend Belk Hudson Lofts!

I've lived here for eight (8) years and love it. Very clean and well-run property, right in the middle of Huntsville's ever-expanding restaurant and nightlife scene. They recently acquired those diffuser things that emit scents in the lobby and hallways. I wasn't wild about the scent so asked our PM Bri if we could change them to smell like the Westin. Next week we smelled like the Westin. Howz that for customer service?

Belk Hudson Lofts are the perfect home! Very clean, great views, amazing location! Noise is minimal, neighbors are friendly. Definitely recommend!

I lived here for five years and loved every minute! The building and parking area is very secure: parking spaces are assigned and the lot is gated. I liked that the apartment doors open to the inside and only those with key fobs can access the doors and elevators. There is also an on-call security guard who lives in the building, and I always felt extremely safe living here.

The staff is very helpful and super quick to respond to maintenance requests. I always heard back from someone the day I made the request, and they would check to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They also planned plenty of fun activities for residents to participate in and bring guests to.

It's in a great location just a few red lights away from I-565. I could get to Bridgestreet in under 15 minutes, and to several Redstone Arsenal gates within 15-20 minutes. It was equally convenient to drive further south towards restaurants in the Airport/Whitesburg area.

The level of service, downtown location, and overall amenities make this place worth every penny. I would definitely recommend it!

I've lived here for several years and it's an excellent community. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and responsive and the property itself is kept up very well. I've tried to convince all my friends to move in.

I lived at the Belk Hudson Lofts for a little over 2 years rent free - rent free you ask? A man tied me up and locked me in his bedroom closet for 2 years and nobody knew I was even there in the building...... It's honestly a disturbing story but I'm going to court about it
