Eclipse Apartment Residences

Despite noted fire alarms, I love living here. The amenities are great and the management team is very responsive and kind. They plan a lot of fun events for residents. The building did have fire alarm problems the end of last year but have since been resolved. Don't let these reviews deter you- the location is great, amenities are awesome and this is the best apartment community I've lived in.

I really like living at The Eclipse. The property management Beth and Katie have been gracious, kind and patient with me. I’m a senior citizen and all the technology was a bit of a challenge at first;
however with their assistance it’s all seems so convenient now! Love living close to the park and my apartment faces east so the morning sun is wonderful ☀ It was a lot for me to downsize from a 1700 square foot house to my 670 square foot apartment, but now it’s perfect ⭐⭐⭐😋

I am beginning my 3rd year as part of the Eclipse Residences community. Great location and walking distance to just about anything i.e. Starbucks, Publix, Pane E Vino, Domaine South, BarVista, VBC and many others. Amenities are great (there are a couple of things that I would like but are not offered 😉). Staff and I mean ALL of the staff are wonderful (they tolerate me, bless them!).

Yes there have been issues with the fire alarm but the fire alarm company, the Huntsville Fire Dept and the staff have worked really hard to correct the situation.

We have great get-togethers. I am happy here, so come on out, move in and join the fun!

We love Eclipse! My husband and I have several friends living in Eclipse Apartments and we have been dying to move here! The location is perfect.The property is beautiful. We enjoyed some time with our friends at the pool last summer and actually met some nice people. We recently took the official tour as our current lease is almost up, and Savannah was great to spend so much time showing us around. She answered all our questions/concerns and was super helpful! We cannot wait to move in!

I have been living at Eclipse for a few months now & have been very pleased. Katie was my leasing agent and she was very knowledgeable and kind. Maintenance has been prompt and it is easy to submit requests. I appreciate the Dog Spa as I have 2 dogs and the professional-grade dog wash and dryer makes for a speedy chore.

We recently toured Eclipse Apartments. Savannah was so sweet and helpful, and took her time with us answering all of our questions. The apartments are beautiful and have so much space and I can’t wait to move in!

I have been looking for a new place to reside in the upcoming months. Katie Becker was the one spoke with over the phone and she was very professional, knowledgeable, customer focused and ensured all of my questions/concerns were answered within the timeline I requested (which was quick).
There was a small window while in town and she ensured to make my tour top priority.

The fire alarm has gone off a couple times but management deals with it well and has compensated us. Savannah in particular has been really helpful with the whole situation, once I reached out, I felt a lot better after speaking with her.

Eclipse Apartments is located right next to Big Spring Park where you can enjoy a lovely walk and watch the friendly ducks in the water. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and great amenities. There is a well equipped Fitness Room, a nice dog park and a beautiful pool area. I am so happy with my decision to make Eclipse my new home!

The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. The layout is spacious and modern, with beautiful finishes and plenty of natural light. I particularly love the high ceilings and the large windows that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding area. But what really sets Eclipse Apartments apart is the level of service and care provided by the staff. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful.. Overall, I would highly recommend Eclipse Apartments to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming community to call home. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Love these apartments and should be moving in soon. Katie Becker was so awesome and helpful. She definitely went above and beyond to sell the complex. I would give her 6 stars if I could!

I'm in the process of apartment hunting for my move to Huntsville and was helped by Savannah when I had questions about Eclipse. She had all the answers I was looking for and gave great advice. Eclipse is definitely on my list!

New to Huntsville and I love it here at eclipse so far. Katie and the whole staff have been so helpful and kind. The pet spa is a life saver for me.

If you’re looking for an apartment in Huntsville make sure you check out The Eclipse. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Living across from Big Spring Park is a huge perk! Restaurants and Publix are convenient to walk to and the downtown vibe has a great energy.

The Eclipse office staff has been absolutely great. They did everything possible to make sure I had a smooth move-in experience and have been able to help me out with any questions I've had. The apartment complex is great as well; there's a nice pool with two propane grills and the eclipse team replaces the propane so you don't need to worry about it. Between the two fitness centers you have everything you would possibly need to workout. Then they've got pool and table shuffle board upstairs if you're looking for something to do. I recommend eclipse to anyone looking to move into Huntsville.

Been here for a couple months now. Katie and all the staff are so kind and helpful. Free coffee every morning and the fitness centers have everything I need. Definitely recommend!

This apartment is definitely a gem, i believe i lucked out and got the best apartment. The layout is super open, the gym has everything you need and is amazing! They also have a ping pong, pool table and areas throughout the facility to WFH if needed. Definitely recommend. 5/5

Loving my apartment at Eclipse. Office staff is very kind and Adam has been great fixing the few issues Ive had.

I’m considering a position in the Huntsville area so I’m searching for apartments. When I called I spoke with Beth Drake and I was very impressed with her professionalism and genuine care for me during the interaction. No doubt that if I take this job I will be renting through Beth.

I toured the eclipse last Friday and fell in love. It’s in a great location downtown. Love the amenities and the staff has excellent customer service. I worked with Nesha and she was extremely professional and very accommodating.
