Artisan at Twickenham Square

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life at Artisan. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bama’s (property manager) timely and friendly response to all concerns has been a pleasure to have and I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Artisan for the remainder of my years in Huntsville, and I strongly recommend Artisan to all looking for a home. In some ways, your property manager can make or break your living experience and with Bama, it’s all in her service. I couldn’t be happier!

I spent 1.5 years at the Artisan and my overall experience was very good.
The original team with Matt was unbeatable though, over the past year there's been so many new and unfamiliar faces, it wasn't the same anymore. The maintenance team is the same and they're terrific! The apartment complex is in an excellent location, next to Publix and 8 min walk to Big Springs Park. The rent has been rising a little too fast though, there's other places near Research Park where you can get a 2br for the same cost as a 1br. With all that being said, I will still give Artisan a 5 star rating.

My only true complaint is you can hear every footstep from the people living above you. The apartment ceiling is paper thin and unfortunately our neighbors stomped around morning and night. It was obnoxious.

We have lived at the Artisan for several years. The Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very convenient to Publix, restaurants and the park. Can walk to downtown and the medical district. We are happy to call this home.

I love the Artisan! I've lived here for a year and will be renewing again this fall. The staff's customer service is impeccable, the grounds are always well taken care of and the other renters are a pleasure. Bama, Morgan, Dwayne and the others make you feel like a VIP everyday. Thank you !

From the moment I stepped into Artisan Twickenham Square apartments, I knew I had found a remarkable living space. Jordan, Dwayne, Morgan and the entire team are exceptionally nice and helpful, always ready to address any concerns promptly. The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their non-stop efforts in ensuring the property is impeccably maintained.
Artisan is conveniently close to Publix and an array of restaurants. The neighborhood charm is enhanced by friendly neighbors. The courtyard is a hidden gem, a wonderful retreat within the complex. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here—truly a top-notch experience. Thank you!

We moved into the Artisan one year ago, after investigating several apartment options, including one that was still under construction nearby. Artisan had what we were looking for: location, amenities, character, and a friendly and welcoming staff.
Our experience has been everything we hoped for, and more. We've enjoyed having neighbors of all ages, from college students to retirees. We have been impressed with the responsiveness and attention to detail of management and maintenance staff.
The location couldn't be better, with grocery store/pharmacy and five restaurants within a block, plus an easy walk to Big Spring Park, the square downtown, and the Von Braun Center. I have even said that I could walk to the ER!
After years of home ownership, with yard and pool maintenance, it is a breeze to sit on our balcony and watch someone else take care of things.

Morgan always gets the job done with a friendly attitude. All my requests completed. Love this place staff always friendly..CSR Jim Thomas ..I highly recommend these apartments...

I talk to a young lady name Nina. She is one of the nicest women I’ve met in Alabama in the last past three months. I’ve been here. She showed me the beautiful property gave me my options and I totally agree with her. Thanks, Nina.

I was really nervous about moving to Huntsville. I came from a big city and I was moving to a much smaller one where I knew virtually nobody. The Artisan has made moving to Huntsville amazing. The building is perfectly located next to great food options; Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, a great taco and margarita place, and a Publix for when I forget just one thing at the grocery store and have to run back mid recipe. But my favorite part is living close to big spring park. It’s not too close where in the summer and there are events going on the noise is constant, but a mid day walk is no question. It’s also a quick walk to a havoc game and all the downtown restaurants and bars so there is absolutely no worry about drinking and driving. If it were not for buying a house, we would undoubtedly renew our lease at the artisan. I’m going to miss the staff who is not only amazing, accessible and timely when there have been minor inconveniences in our unit but have also become friends. The monthly parties are great to meet other residents but what I’ll miss the most is going down for a free coffee and talking about everything Huntsville has to offer with Jordan, Matt and Kristen.

The location of this apartment is one of the things that brought me live here. I loved the idea of being able to walk downtown or the restaurants around the apartment. However, the staff at Artisan is what makes it a 5 star. the staff treated me like family. Could not recommend this place enough.

Had the absolute best experience here with leasing agent, Nina! She was kind, informative, and helpful! She walked me through the leasing process and was great at quickly answering questions. I highly recommend this property and leasing agent!

I will be moving in this summer and I can’t say enough about this place. Nina has been AMAZING in the whole process, she made it so simple and easy! Plus all the amenities and area, this place can’t be beat! I can’t wait to be a tenant!

In the last 6 months we have seen a lot of improvement,cleaning carpet,pool redone,garage pressure washing,balcony’s pressure washing,furniture in lounge redone,manager present to work with,Morgan and Dewayne with a short staffed are doing a great job.war eagle

Great location-near publix, restaurants,spa. The staff are the best. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help even if outside their responsibility. Nina is very sweet.

I lived at The Artisan when I first moved to Huntsville. I was working nights at the hospital and loved that I could walk to the hospital so easily! The location was the first reason I toured the property. The welcoming, bubbly, fun staff and gorgeous apartments, pool, gym, and 24 hr coffee bar were all things that helped seal the deal! I loved the sense of community — the weekly coffee groups, the book club, the multiple dogs and cats to visit. My cat always loved the attention from the staff! I moved only because I was about to get married. My husband and I have both agreed that if we sell our house, that we would love to live at The Artisan. Oh, and a Publix, Big Spring Park, and a vibrant downtown within walking distance —spectacular!

I love living at the Artisan! I moved to Huntsville from California last fall and the staff made the process of applying, selecting and moving into my new apartment seamless. They have events to meet other residents, a nice gym and pool. The location couldn’t be better- Publix, Mei Wei and a Taco Mama all nearby. The staff is amazing-always answering any questions and quickly responding to any maintenance issues. I’m so happy that I chose the Artisan-it has been a pleasant experience and has made the transition to Alabama that much better. Also they love animals! <3

Loved it here! We were new to Huntsville and needed a place to live until we bought a house. We chose Artisan because of its location and proximity to work but loved it for so many more reasons. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We also felt safe and loved living in such a clean and stylish place. One of my favorite parts is that it is so pet friendly. Needless to say, our dog loved it just as much!

As a new tenant at the Artisan, I’ve been very happy with this community. The units are spacious with an abundance of natural light. The building abounds with convenient amenities and is situated in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The staff are also very helpful and communicative. They are authentic folks who work towards making life here as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I couldn’t imagine starting my journey in Huntsville anywhere else.

Just moved out of Artisan Twickenham Square Apartments after a year and my experience has been nothing but wonderful. I have moved 4 times within the last 5 years and I can wholeheartedly say that the management team at Artisan are the kindest and most patient people out there! The apartments are very nice and I think you have to appreciate the garage parking, location, and safe surroundings. I would highly recommend!
