Huntsville Summit Apartments

I have lived here now for 6 years. I was here during the evaluation, returned 11 of august last year. I have seen managers come and go
Each one has yet to fix the 2 Eleavators . That is the residents main problem. As for bed bugs, don't have any.

I have lived here for more than five years. I've seen a lot of changes. Is a very nice place to call home. The staff here are very friendly and professional. Ms Izzy property manager, Gregory maintenance department and Miss Kim social coordinator all work diligently to see that we are well taken care of.
My hat goes off to the working staff of this facility. They are among the best I have experienced here to making it a great place to live.

The place has made a complete turn around now we have a great mgrs. MrsClark & Mrs Sherry. I am happy to say NO MORE BED BUGS THANKS FOR EVERYTHING Y'ALL

I live here before and worst now then ever been I come back to make a difference with these people nothing come it the place is falling apart elevators leaks everywhere management and some the people here are very rude got to stay got no where to go. People lie about other people in herelots friends here things need to change here

This place is ridiculous!!! Not only is it infested with bed bugs the place is nothing but a drug infested place .I see the other reviews and I personally know the people who has wrote most of them saying that the Summit is clear of bugs and that the landlord is some cool lady. Man this woman is rude, disrespectful woman I've ever meet that actually has a job working in the position that she is in. I don't see how the woman would or could keep a job anywhere the way she treats people. Long story short!! My mother needs me the woman trespasses me for something that she accused my girlfriend of doing that if she did do would bring felony conviction but yet she has not been charged with anything. It's all accusations that the landlord holds on me and my family. My mother is diabetic and cannot do her shots and continuously in and out of hospital due to her blood sugar. I can't even comfortably go to give my mother her insulin shot due to landlord causing issues. I tried once to help my mother take her groceries in after taking her grocery shopping. A large amount of bags so I tried to help her. Since it's on the 5th floor and it's a long walk and alot of heavy bags, well I got cursed out called a B**** and numerous other names. The place needs to be condemned or at the very least get a landlord who isn't a drug addict who as long as you give her your meds or give your government Foodstamp too so she stays nice to you. The maintenance people,huh, man I've worked with teenagers just beginning to work that knows more stuff than these guys. They are lazy and they are rude. Especially Noris!! Barbara you need to lose your job and I am and will be doing everything in my power to get your job taken at very least ,trying to get a criminal investigation going on you for the way you extort the elderly there and mistreat the others. Please take my word this place is worse than any place I've ever seen.

Worst place I have ever visited. Apartments are awful.
