As a first time home buyer I was beyond nervous about the process. I was referred to Northstar because Ben was highly recommended as a loan officer. He not only met the great things that were said about him he exceeded them. I never felt pressured to use his services, but he was patient with me and transparent about everything. I was able to reach him and his team at any time with any question that arose. He also maintained frequent contact with me regarding any updates. He worked hard to get me the best rate possible. Overall the whole process was seamless. I would work with Northstar again for future home buying or refinancing.
