Dr Sabghi and her nurses always give me the best care possible in my journey I’m going through right now with my auto immune system. I appreciate the kindness of the receptionist from the time you walk in until the time you get called back , and it’s rather quickly. Dr Sabghi always listens to my concerns about me ,and I trust her completely. The infusion dept is wonderful as well !

Dr. Chen is a very caring doctor! He has helped me so much! He and his staff listen to my concerns and does their best to get me the help I need. I have always had a good experience from the minute I walk in until the minute I check out. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chen and the entire staff at RANA!

Dr Chen has been treating me for Psoriatic Arthritis for about 12 years and I have always been pleased with the care he provided. He is always friendly and takes time to ask questions and make recommendations. There have only been 2 or 3 times I have waited more than 15 - 20 minutes past the appointment time to be taken to a room. I find afternoon appointments are better. His nurses are very friendly and efficient as well. Most of the front office check-in staff are friendly but there are a couple that give the impression the patient is interrupting their day by coming in the office. I highly recommend Dr Chen.

This was my first visit. I am very happy with the experience I have had there. Jennifer was compassionate and concerned that I get the best treatment to deal with my condition. Dr Shergy also explained what's needed in simple terms.

Dr. Mitcham is prompt, thorough and listens to all your concerns. I love the new, clean building and the lab set-up. There wasn't any wait to see the doctor and a very short wait to get blood drawn. From walking in the door, seeing the doctor, getting labs and checking out, the complete appointment was less than an hour.

Dr. Guthrie/Meehan is very thorough and has a pleasant and professional manner. She explained the treatment plan and took appropriate time during my visit. I didn’t feel rushed.

The new office is not only pretty, it is very easy to find the room where you are to be seen and to then go to the rooms where you get your lab work and other tests. (I stopped just to review what I had written and, this disappeared). I was also going to brag on Dr Mitcham. He is very thorough and he takes time to listen.

She is very thorough and very helpful. She has a really good bedside manner as they say. I would have to give her 5 stars!!

The staff were outstanding. But not the lady that checked me in very very rude. Love love the Dr. She is outstanding. You can tell she really really care about her patients. She listens and answer your questions very well. I thank God I found her.

I have found Dr. Meehan to be exceptionally professional and attentive, taking time to discuss lab work, symptoms and solutions in a manner that explains the situation in layman’s terms. This approach is especially helpful to familiarize the new rheumatoid patient who doesn’t yet have a firm grasp of the medical jargon.

Appointment time was kept. Dr was knowledgeable of my history and very informed of my current condition. She was attentive and listened and answered my questions. She was very professionally dressed and behavior was exemplary for a professional. I think we are going to be a great team for finding treatments to improve my daily life.

Dr Chen is knowledgeable and his staff are very friendly. New office location has open parking lot easy access to building. Large open lobby. In house laboratory and xray dept makes for one stop care.
