I have always been treated well here. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The medical staff from the intake nurse to the schedular are always polite and answer any questions I might have.

Dr. Chen is thorough and takes the time to make sure I understand all the procedures and medications I am getting.

Dr. Chen and his staff have always been very friendly. They listen to your concerns and take time to answer your questions. They are very prompt with the appointment time so your not waiting for long periods time. Dr. Chen is very informative with the direction he wants you to go so that you and him working together can help yourself heal or at least be able to function better, depending on your situation. I really like and trust Dr. Chen with my medical care although sometimes I can be very difficult and afraid to try new meds. He has always been very patient with me.

Dr. Chen is extremely knowledgeable. He reviews your lab with you and explains any changes. I found him to be quite thorough and is willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. The nurse that administers the injections for him is excellent and professional and is on top of her game.
