Would definitely recommend Servpro - Travis and Mandy - did a thorough job with clean up, always on time, professional and knowledgable. Communicated clearly so I knew what to expect/next steps.

The office staff Kevin and Brandon immediately scheduled our ductwork cleaning. The technicians Brian & Jeffrey were prompt, efficient and thorough. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

We discovered a seasoned professional team who went above and beyond in their efforts to get accurate readings for mold in a house where attempts had been made to compromise all readings.
Steve, the owner, knew that there was a new born who would be living in this house if it was “clean”. He, Kevin, and Lori all took their time, including past closing, to explain everything from the fundamentals of water and mold to the specifics of their private lab’s over night service and spore count requirement.

We could not have asked for more or better service, even in the face of far less than ideal circumstances.

The company I work for experienced a massive water leak on a Saturday afternoon, which was not discovered until that evening. By that time, the water was so bad that it had leaked through the first floor and was raining onto the second floor. We were able to turn of the main water line but still had a couple inches of water on the second floor I called Servpro and spoke with Kevin who quickly got a team dispatched and to our facility within the hour. The team worked all Saturday night and all Sunday vacuuming up the excess water. During this very trying time, Kevin and his team, led by Brandon have been very accommodating trying to reduce the interruption in our work. Communication has been very good, we are not left wondering what is going on, what the next step is or what is needed. This is the second time we have used Servpro of North Huntsville and will not hesitate to use them again (hopefully we will not need to!)

MY MOTHER CALLED ME AT WORK TO SAY, "WE ARE IN A MESS, WE HAVE HAD A FLOOD." WHEN I ARRIVED HOME, THE SERV-PRO TEAM HAD BEEN AT THE HOUSE FOR A FEW HOURS. THE TEAM, THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE VACUMING WATER UP, PULLING BASEBOARDS UP, DRILLING HOLES AND MEASURING HOW MUCH WATER HAD SEEPED INTO THE FLOORS AND UNDER THE BASEBOARDS. THEY STAYED UNTIL 12:30 AM. KEN AND HIS TEAM WERE SO KIND AND HARD WORKING AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THEY ARE THE BEST!

This is the 2nd time in five years I have had water damage. ServPro is the only company I would consider letting in my home. Very professional, on time and reliable

Colby and his helper (don't remember his name) were very professional in their job. Got right to work cleaning up and placing their equipment to help dry things up.

I took off work for an appointment today. No communication. Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I called to check in twice, was told they would call me, and gave up at 8:45 tonight. Zero communication. I'm taking my business elsewhere

My appointment was scheduled for this Thursday. Today is Monday and no one called to tell me that the entire office would be out on a disaster relief effort. I wouldn't have known except for the fact that I called to ask a question about my scheduled service this morning.

Although its great that the company is helping out....no one attempted to communicate with me. In addition, to my appointment being canceled with no notification, it is now my responsibility to call all of the ServPros in the Huntsville / Madison area to see who might have some employees still in town. The company took no initiative to help me find an office. So I'm on my own and never mind my schedule of needing this done by the end of the week, never mind customer service and common courtesy, never mind making it right.

Servpro was called to my home in November of 2022 for a terrible water leak that I had. They placed fans and tore into the wall due to the water coming from upstairs. I was told the project would be about (3) months but lasted (8) Brandon was my project specialist and was extremely helpful. After the mitigation I was told that Brandon was no longer with the company. Of course I was worried about what Brandon had told me and if everything would remain the same. Well, Brad and one of his workers came out and said that everything would be ok and they would take good care of me. There were a few changes that were made and we agreed. Once the process started everywhere Brandon suggested me to go and pick out my items I went but was then told I needed to make other selections because insurance wouldn’t cover the prices. That was a LIE! Also, I had already purchased sinks and toilets for my bathrooms because I was going to upgrade. Brandon said no problem “We will pop them right in because we are going to take the old ones out anyway. There were several times I called their office and Alfa wanting to withdraw my contract feeling unsure about the finished product. Well, they had someone to call me and said they apologized for the inconvenience but there were some changes going on at the office. That was another Lie! Immediately they contacted me and said we are working on another project that’s almost done and I would be next once I got the to call them so they could start ordering supplies. Well, got the check called them and before I knew it they were there. “Go figure “.
From that point on it was a TOTAL nightmare!!
Poor communication, people taking vacations and not to mention guys not showing up for work. That wasn’t my problem but I felt the pressure then and still is NOW. I’ve requested Brad to call me several times NO CALL but you couldn’t beat him here when I was considering someone else take the job.
Also, before the work got started they had to send an electrician out to disconnect my washer. So, I asked will you also be calling one to re-connect it? I was told yes, great because the gentleman that disconnected it had done work for me before and I wanted to use him again. Well, I get home one day and kitchen put back together dishwasher attached but the electrician didn’t get a call. So I don’t use my dishwasher every day and it didn’t dawn on me that I needed to check anything. So I recycled the dishes that were in there from the last wash. Next thing you know I sense a burning smell and my dishwasher just stopped. Someone from Servpro comes out and says it’s a small plastic container that got stuck. That container didn’t get stuck the last wash so it’s not likely to get stuck this time. Bottom line is Servpro is full of it and I will never use them again and don’t advise anyone else too. Alfa paid them very well for the little stuff they did. Total RIP OFF!
