I am very pleased with my new home. The process of purchasing and working with Breland was very smooth and they worked with me throughout the entire process. The home is beautifully built and I have not had any major issues. I highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased a home from Breland while out of state. The Breland representatives were very easy to work with and facilitated a quick closing for us. Everyone was very easy to work with. We had a couple small warranty claims and they addressed those with a good fix and quickly. My family would recommend Breland without reservation!

We found Breland after shopping at other builders. Breland's price-to-feature ratio was astounding. From the stone counter tops to the barn door and full glass shower we were in awe of the options these homes could be furnished with and still retain a sensible price point. Truly looking forward to spending many years in our new Breland home!

Trying to make a move after 23 years of being in a home during the COVID pandemic brought many challenges. We found a new Breland development and the new home that met all of our expectations. From the initial tour of properties to the final closing we had a great experience. The quality of the house and attention to detail far outshined any other property we visited. The Breland organization was exceptional. We love our new home!

From beginning to the very end (and even months after), Breland was fantastic. The staff was eager to help every step of the way. Even when our closing was moved multiple times, they made sure we were taken care of. Shannon was amazing withs showing us the house and helping us to pick the options inside. Sharna was fantastic at communicating and numerous other things. Without her attention to detail he desire to keep us up to date, we would have been out of the loop on numerous things. And Lowell was great. Even 2 months after he was more than willing to answer any questions we had and deal with issues that popped up. We could not have asked for a better team. In the future, we will definitely use Breland Homes again. We've already been recommending them to everyone that we know. You can't go wrong with them.

My experience with the purchase of my townhome was stress free. Kim was a delight to work with and handled herself very professionally, answering all my questions promptly and patiently. Jason was also easy to work with. Very thorough in his review of how everything worked during my walk through. The townhouse is beautiful and so many things about it were standard rather than having to pay extra like the shiplap ceilings, soft close cabinet doors and drawers and hardwood floors. I'm very happy with my purchase and would do it again.

The whole process with Breland of seeing the model home to closing on our new home has been wonderful. Every person we have had the pleasure to encounter with Breland has been professional and helpful. We love our townhome and are impressed with the quality.

Six months ago, sign with Breland homes to get my house built. The process has been great with no issue. Breland's keep me inform on the process of the home, also worked very well with the bank to also. The walk thru, was very good, they fix everything that was wrong. I was very please with the company.

This was our first new construction home purchase and Breland Homes has set the bar high! Beyond the many standard finishes that other builders would call (and charge extra) upgrades; the construction manager was so helpful with answering all our questions and provided good advice to help us keep our brand new home in tip top shape.

When I found Breland a contract had recently fallen through on a home I had intended to buy. Breland helped me to find a home quickly with the requirements that I needed. They provided great service and were very conscientious. Really appreciated their efforts and my new home.

I just moved into the townhomes of The Waters. Breland has really thought through the community design, floorplans and finishes. I had been looking for a low maintenance housing but still feels private and quiet. This community is perfect. This is my dream home!

After looking at dozens of homes, our new house fits our vision nicely. Beautifully constructed, nice floor plan and the community being walkable is excellent perk. Looking forward to walking to all the events at the Trash Panda stadium and watching the fireworks from my front porch.
