Now that we have gone through some very cold weather, I can say our home is definitely everything we thought. We put the thermostat on 71, and the house stayed warm. We even had to lower that to 70 because it was too toasty. Thanks again Legacy Homes!

Katie, the realtor and James the building superintendent are wonderful people to work with. From the time I visited the model home until I closed my home was just under a month. I was extremely pleased with the flow of the purchase. I was allowed ample time to go through the home with James and Katie to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I was a buyer's agent on a Legacy Home in Athens. The builder's agent was Katie Brown. She did a great job from start to finish including showing the home, attending the orientation with James the construction supervisor and final inspection. The home was in the best condition of any spec that I have been involved with. There was one minor item the my buyer's inspector found and only one minor touch-up to the paint. Katie and James great job on making this sale go so smooth.
