Carl came out and confirmed the issue reported. Parts were ordered and dryer fixed next day. He was polite and professional, and he fixed the dryer vent hookup free of charge. We didn't ask and was above expectations, and my wife was grateful given our several failed attempts over the months to properly hook it up.

Components are still ridiculously priced, but there is no blaming Carl on that one. The blame for that goes to a lack of domestic electronic production in the States.

They correctly diagnosed a wiring problem in my house when I was having dryer issues. Was able to get an electrician out to fix the real problem (floating neutral) instead of wasting money on a new dryer or a dryer repair.

We called A Able after a company recommended by our appliance manufacturer had taken over a month to repair our dryer. Carl came out same day to assess the issue - which was NOT what the original company had diagnosed. He had the parts on hand for the repair and even made recommendations for maintenance to avoid the same issue again. Carl was amazing!! I called yesterday about getting my Kenmore washer repaired and he came this morning and repaired it in NO TIME! What I thought was a drain pump issue turned out to be a simple lid switch issue. He diagnosed the problem in less than 2 min and had it up and running within 5 min!! Carl was fantastic. He came on Friday promptly on time very professional especially in these times. We had an issue with our Samsung refrigerator. He looked at it and quickly indicated it needed to be thawed out with the panel in back over weekend and said he would call on Monday. He didn't want to cause any damage to it being frozen I received the call 8am and he arrived on the time I was told. Carl was able to fix the issue and saved us thousands of dollars on new refrigerator. He was very professional and would highly recommend his company for appliance repair.

I had called another appliance repair company on Saturday and made arrangements from 10a-12p to come out on Sunday. They never showed up on time. I Called A Able Appliance repair on Monday and spoke to a pleasant lady who mentioned that they would call me next day to let me know what time they would be able to stop by to look at the appliance. I had a dryer that went out unexpectedly. I had just washed
all my son's clothes that morning. He was leaving town and had
to pack that evening. I did not want to pack wet clothes in a suitcase. No company would come out until I called A Able. They came out that day and fixed the problem. I will now call on them for any appliance repairs.

From the initial call through the day of service, my expectations were exceeded. The appointment was for two business days after the initial call, Carl showed up on time and even checked in with me by phone twice before arriving. He was familiar with the model of refrigerator and quickly determined that it was most common problem for the model. It was running perfectly within 20 minutes of arrival. Based on my experience, I recommend him to anyone who is polite and appreciates honest people who work professionally.

10/10 service. My dryer went out and I had a 3 week old newborn at home. No one could come out to repair it for over a week but I called A Able and was booked the next day. Carl even ran out to get the replacement part himself since I had a newborn at home. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using A Able Appliance for some years now and the technician, Carl Williams , is one of the best around. Anytime I have had a problem with any of my appliances I give him a call. He gives me an honest answer at a reasonable price. He has always been very professional and polite when on the job and when telling me the time he will be there. After my 25 year old refrigerator started acting in a wild manner in the area of temperature control, I called A Able Appliance Repair. I talked to a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady who told me that Carl would call me that afternoo. That afternoon, Carl called me and I related my problem. He told me that he would visit me the next morning after calling me to make sure that I was home. The next morning he called and I saw him at my house 30 minutes later. It took him allof fifteen minutes to diagnose the machine and identified the faulty part. He called the parts warehouse and tried to get a generic replacement. One was not available so he ordered the manufacturer replacement. When the part came in three days later, he called me to alert me and came by the house to replace the part. He is a total professional, nice guy, and a pleasure to do business with. The refrigerator is working perfectly. He is the absolute best and very reasonable in his costs.

Carl fit me into his schedule just a couple hours after I called to make an appointment, he showed up on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my dryer and had it repaired and put back together in a half hour! I called at 09:30 in the morning and had my dryer fixed by 1:30pm the same day. Carl called to let me know he was on the way to my house to fix my dryer and l am very pleased with his work. I had booked a service appointment with a different appliance repair company in Huntsville but they had made a mistake and let me know after I waited for 1 1/2 hour that they couldn't keep the appointment.
