I recently had the pleasure of using Mr. Appliance of Huntsville for some much-needed maintenance on my washer-dryer combo, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

Greg and his assistant arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. They were not only professional but also approachable and willing to answer all of my questions.

The job at hand was to clean out the lint in my washer-dryer combo, and they executed it flawlessly. They worked efficiently and diligently, ensuring that every bit of lint was removed. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and their commitment to doing the job right the first time.In addition to the excellent repair service, Greg and his assistant went above and beyond by sharing some valuable tips on maintaining my appliance to avoid future issues. Their advice was practical and easy to follow, making me feel more confident in taking care of my washer-dryer combo.

Chris was very knowledgeable about the job. He knew what was wrong with the refrigerator once I gave him the symptoms. He acquired the part and the job was done quickly. As I write this, it is working fine and ice is being made.. cooling has been restored to both sides of the unit. For the last week I have dealt with several technicians, I am happy that Chris knew what he was doing. None of the others knew what to do.

Nic did an amazing job cleaning our commercial ice maker! He spent hours making sure it was done right and sanitized properly. I will definitely recommend him and call on them in the future. Thanks

The repairs to my appliance were completed successfully and in a very timely manner. Steve, the service representative was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the services rendered.

I called Mr. Appliance, thinking something was wrong with my dishwasher. The last 2 times I ran the dishwasher it smelled strongly of melting plastic and gave me a terrible headache. The technician, Robert, pulled the dishwasher out and went straight for the outlet, which was melted on one side and could have caused a fire. He quickly fixed it and I’m thankful for experienced technicians! Great job and thank you!

Robert Smith, a Service Professional at Mr. Appliance and Kera, customer service, provided excellent customer service for us when we really needed it for our new side by side refrigerator door! We bought it from Home Depot in September, 2023 and after peeling off the plastic, it left streaks on the refrigerator side door in the front. Home Depot referred us to GE which was a total nightmare. I ordered a new door from GE, and they sent the wrong door twice! Robert, with A-1 Appliance called GE for us and ordered the correct door, came out and perfectly installed it on March 12, 2024. He’s very polite, patient, and professional. We can’t thank the team of Mr. Appliance enough for finally getting the job done right!

Robert was absolutely great! He prepared my two appliances in record time and with professionalism in every way! What a great asset to your business! I will certainly use you in the future, and tell my friends about you,!

Michael arrived on time, explained the problem to me and showed me the bad part. He had the replacement part on hand and got my dryer back up and running in less than an hour ! I don’t say this often but it was excellent service at a fair price.

If you need gas range work done (or any gas appliance), ask for ROBERT SMITH! We were so stressed that our older model gas range stove would have to be replaced ($$$), but Robert figured out our issue so quickly and took time to carefully clean the parts and it worked good as new in about an hour! He could have easily just pushed it off as too much, but he put in the hard work to help us save a lot of money and did a fabulous job! He was super kind too--very personable and respectful. I feel good that our stove is in a safe, working condition and I'm glad we got sent a gas expert--he's got 13 years experience - so I feel at ease. Absolutely keeping him on call for any further issues!!

Dave was the technician dispatched to my home and he was fantastic. I was called by the office the morning of my appointment and Dave arrived on time. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable of my issue. The repair of my washer was quick and thorough. I will definitely call this company again if I have another appliance problem.

Price for replacement parts were a little steep, but the parts have been discontinued and we were lucky that Mr. Appliance of Huntsville was able to locate two. They have incredible customer service from the initial call all the way through the final repair appointment and follow up! We would use them again and recommend them.

Our Mr. Appliance technician is knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of our property. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our GE washer. There was a hiccup with getting the correct part from the GE distributor but once the correct part was received the technician returned to our home and quickly fixed our washer. Our washer is running again like new. I would definitely work with them again on future repairs.

Our technician was very good at what he does which I am sure is why he is training another tech. I loved the way he instructed and allowed his trainee to to the work.
They worked well with each other and were highly professional.

Mr. Smith was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. He was pleasant, showed up early and finished the job in no time, I would recommend him 100%. Thank you Mr. Smith for a job very well done!!!

Mr, Appliance is so efficient & friendly. Greg & Jamie were excellent technicians!! I was texted a picture of Greg, then texted when they were on their way. I also got a call to let me know how far away they were. They were on time & fixed my refrigerator promptly. Very impressed with this company!! Very professional!! Call them!!

Update: Mr. Appliance contacted me later that day explaining the mixup, and a different tech came and did my dryer vent cleaning. He also cleaned the lint out of the dryer itself, which I'm told not all service providers do. He was kind, friendly, and thorough, and he even cleaned up after himself. I appreciate that these guys were able to help me after all. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and they did what they needed to do to make it right. I appreciate that. I'm changing the review to 5 stars.

Original review: The technician was knowledgeable and really nice, but they couldn't help me because they don't clean out dryer vents that run under the house, and that's what I need. So basically it was a waste of time and money for me, because I still had to pay for the service call.

I gave enough information in my appointment request to indicate that there was a good chance a clogged vent was the problem. It would have been nice if they had asked at that time whether it runs under the house and told me they can't do that. I realize everyone needs to make money to stay in business, but I'm tired of people wasting my time having appointments about things that aren't within the services they offer.

In short, if your dryer is heating but not drying well, and your dryer vent runs under your house, just skip this step. These guys can't help you. However, I'm still leaving 3 stars because based on this experience, I do believe they know what they're doing and would do a good job of fixing appliances.

Worked with Kenneth on replacing a glass stove top. Had to go back and forth several times due to manufacturer errors, shipping errors (breaking), and just random set backs we didn't see coming. Thought it all, Kenneth was patient, understanding, and very very professional! He was able to get the correct part and installation was a breeze. Would absolutely recommend them!

After several repairmen from other companies had failed to repair my dryer, Mr. Electric succeeded. They sent a very knowledgeable technician, Billy, who diligently found the source of the problem. Thanks for your hard work and if I have any other appliance issues I will definitely be calling Mr. Appliance of Huntsville.

My washer had an intermittent issue, and was tough to diagnose. Nick worked with it, and now it's running great. I would definitely recommend Mr Appliance.

Our 20+ year old cooktop need to replace one burner, impossible to replace it without damaging the top and backsplash. Greg replaced it underneath, it was very hard. Good job!
