Mason came by to install our dishwasher tonight and did a fantastic job. Very personable guy and they came really quickly as we just called them this morning after a contractor from a big box store fell through.

He also put up with my two year old wanting to “help” and my dog incessantly trying to warn us that there was a stranger in the house. Very reasonably priced as well.

Rick saved the day while also saving me a good bit of money! I had been chasing an issue with our dryer timer for a couple of weeks that a new timer (and other parts) hadn't resolved. Rick took the time to listen to my troubleshooting steps over the phone and suggested that my replacement timer (purchased online) was likely faulty. I picked up another part locally from A-1 Appliance Parts for a great price and prayed for the best - IT WORKED! The dryer is as good as new again and he didn't have to make a service call to the house. Thanks again!

Rick returned my call about my dryer. While speaking to him about my issue, he was able to get parts and come same day to fix my dryer. He was upfront about pricing and was able to fix my dryer. Rick did a great job of disassembling and cleaning out our dryer of lots of lint and probably saved us from having a house fire. He really knows what he is doing, is very knowledgeable and had reasonable rates. Would not hesitate to call him for any appliance repair.

Rick and his assistant were AWESOME! Communication was great, set up an appointment right away, came out to my house with the correct part needed for the repair (diagnosed it over the phone). After they fixed my washer (and showed me steps to take to keep it in good working order), Rick noticed my dryer vent was not hooked up properly. They graciously fixed the vent (COMPLETELY clogged with lint) and cleaned out the piled up lint inside the dryer. They truly saved my family from a real FIRE HAZARD!!! I can't thank Rick enough. They went above and beyond in every way (price was even reasonable!).

I will be using Rick for any appliance repair going forth. I had been looking for someone to take a look at my washer for 2 weeks because the repairman that usually look at my appliances was not use to working with high efficiency washers. I called around for competitive pricing and decided to go with Rick! He did not disappoint. He was available, prepared and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I will add my 5 star review to A Plus. Called with a refrigerator issue and they were literally here in a couple of hours. First time I've experienced that kind of response in Huntsville. Everyone seems so booked up. The young man, Mason, was very professional and nice. Had both my problems resolved within 30 minutes. No receptionist to field calls so you get them when you get them but very good service.

I chose Rick because of his excellent google rating. He came out the same day to look at my dishwasher. He is extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented, and his prices are very fair. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

Rick was responsive to my call and came out the same day to work on my washer and dryer. He was knowledgeable and did good work. He also gave me some good tips on ways to prolong the life of my appliances. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if needed in the future.

I called Mr. Rick and Tuesday evening and he immediately scheduled a time to come to my home and make the repairs. He and his assistant arrived and went straight to work. They evaluated the problem and determined they needed a second part to complete the job. He called the parts dealer placed his order and continued his rounds agreeing to return at the end of his scheduled appointments. He called at 8:30,to tell me he had finished and was on the way back to my house to complete the job. You want find a more dedicated and reasonably priced appliance repair service.

My fridge was having issues and when I spoke to Rick about it he knew exactly what was wrong with it. Turns out, all I needed to do was let it defrost for 24 hours and it worked! He gave me the advice through the phone and was honest enough to let me know he didn’t want to charge me or come out just to tell me to turn off my fridge. Absolutely great guy. Here’s your new appliance repair man, folks! I reached out to Rick about an issue with my fridge. He was at my place the next day. He was was a polite professional who came when he said he would and fixed my fridge up. While he was there, he gave me some tips about keeping my other appliances on top shape. I was so impressed I had him come back the next day and clean all the years of lint out of my dryer. 10/10 would recommend!

Rick from A Plus Repair came to repair our dryer. He did a great job and helped with other repairs as well. We are elderly and found him to be extremely helpful. My husband is somewhat knowledgeable about repairs, but not able to do it all. Rick was extremely knowledgeable (really knows his appliances). I called at 9:30 this morning to request a service call to repair our dryer: Rick said he could be here between 12-3pm and he would bring the part he thought I would need for my dryer repair. by 3:30 it was fixed.
