Ms. Tish Appliance Wish

I reached out to Ms Tish for help with our Samsung washer. I sent her the model/serial number and let her know what the problem was. She set the appointment and communicated with me thru the process. She diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair and since I had sent her the model info she was prepared with the part to fix it during the 1st visit. Her prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing appliance repairs.

I found Ms. Tish online and chose her based on all of the excellent reviews. Sent an email containing my issue and the model number of the appliance on a Saturday and got a prompt response with an estimated cost based on what she suspected the issue to be. Communication was excellent, she was correct in her preliminary diagnosis, she charged exactly what she said she would. My new go to for appliance repair.

We had been taking VERY good care of our dishwasher, but after about four years of only sparing use, it malfunctioned. I called Ms. Tish for help. She was professional in every way and had the unit restored to full functioning. I'm most pleased with Ms. Tish's work and recommend her HIGHLY!

If I could sum it up in one word it would be professional! The repair was unusual, and Tish worked through the problem. Her magnetic business card hangs on my refrigerator and will be my only contact with any appliance related issues.

When I messaged her through her website she got back with me within 15 minutes. We did some very basic diagnosis over email and she was able to drop by with the correct part and fix everything in about 20 minutes. Courteous, professional, made me feel like she was invested in my problem from the beginning. Very reasonably priced. Going to call her with my next appliance problem as well!

Such a pleasant service experience. Our clothes washer and range needed repair while we had guests! Ms Tish took care of us in days, instead of weeks. Yes, we recommend her services.

Absolutely wonderful all the way around. She really cares about her customers and their faulty appliances. It's unreal how much she helped me. I had a fridge that stopped producing water and ice after a stock filter replacement. Ms. Tish came out a few times to see what the new problem was. She really seems to care about her work. I can't overstate how big of a fan I am now. I'll suffice to say that what I have paid others for a "diagnosis" house call with $800 estimates, Ms. Tish fixed completely without leaving me in the lurch about what happens next. I'm thankful people/businesses like this still exist.

I called Ms. Tish to have her come check out our LG refrigerator, which was not cooling properly. She pointed out that the compressor was drawing over three amps and was hot, which indicated a bad compressor. She went ahead and cleaned off the coils, but said if that didn’t work we would have to call LG for a warranty repair (5 years on the compressor).

Sure enough, cleaning the coils was not enough. A week later a LG service technician had to come out and replace the compressor.

Ms. Tish was prompt, polite, courteous, friendly, and competent. I highly recommend her.

Tish was able to come out much sooner than the other big repair companies, charged much less, and had our fridge fixed and running in no time. She even checked in the next day to make sure we were still good! You can't beat that customer service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service. Had a dishwasher water pump go bad, Tish was available next day (other services told me the soonest I could get was 10 days, not okay with 2 kids making dishes!) She had a problem with our drain hose, so she came back a second time and fixed it all up. She stuck with it and didn’t accept a lackluster solution. All for a reasonable price. Thanks for your help Tish, we’ll certainly be calling the next time we have an appliance issue!

Tish was very accommodating, pushing my appointment back two hours because I had an emergency and was running late. She worked quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and even fixed my dishwasher while she was there for a more than reasonable price.

I wasn't home when Tish came by but she met the rest of the family. Everyone was equally impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Tish easily diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator that two other service techs could not and she quickly returned our dishwasher back to service after it quit draining and replaced the door seal that was near the end of its service life. All kitchen appliances back online right in time for Thanksgiving. We found a keeper!

My dishwasher was not working correctly. I called my warranty company and they assigned Ms Wish. Latisha (Ms Wish) called about 1 hour after I put in the request for repair. She came out the next day and used her diagnostic skills to pinpoint the problem. She returned the next morning to fix the problem accurately. She is knowledgable, precise, and very polite. She is a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend her for any appliance repair. 5+ stars!

Ms Tish was great. She came out to my house on New Year's Eve trouble shoot my refrigerator. She was thorough and identified my issue. She then told me that my LG refrigerator condenser was still under warranty even though my refrigerator was 7+ years old. That saved me easily $400.

Ms. Tish was on time, well prepared, courteous, and extremely helpful. Her services are much more reasonable than the franchises. I will definitely call her again and in fact already have her working on another project. Her prices are less than half what the other companies charge since she was willing to search the net for the best price on my needed part.

Had draining error on my washer. A few weeks ago had someone come a fix it but, still had same problem. Called Ms. Tish, she came and after telling her what the machine was doing. She diagnosed the problem and now washer works fine. Thank you Ms. Tish. Would use Ms. Tish again.
