C & M's Appliance Repair

Do you want a guy who will show up when he says he will? Does what he says he will do? For a fair price? I was losing hope that that kind of service still existed today, until I found Charlie. Simply put, you can't get better service, at a fair price, than what C&M provides. I've used him multiple times for multiple issues. So good!

My whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator was leaking puddles of water. I called Charlie due to the excellent reviews. He came out the same day. Ordered and replaced a part and was very reasonable. He explained everything clearly, even gave 2 options for getting the part. A day later there was still a small leak. He came out and found the defrost drain was stopped up, cleaned it out and didn't charge anything for the repeat visit! I will definitely call him with any other appliance issues! Professional and friendly!

Charlie was very pleasant to do business with. He was a great communicator and kept me informed with the part that was ordered. He arrived on time and was very thorough with his repair. He is a highly skilled repair technician with years of service to under his belt. I highly recommend him for all your appliance repair needs!

So I had really loud and obnoxious, squeaky dryer for a couple of weeks and decided to give Charlie a call! He came over to diagnose the issue and took the dryer fully apart to discover it needed a new baron. He called around for the baron I needed for my Fridgidaire dryer and ordered it for me, for a reasonable price as well. He followed up with me the next week to come back to install the new baron. My dryer is running like new and not squeaky because of his services! He is very prompt and knowledgeable in his field, and I would highly suggest him for your appliances issues!

My washer is very old, but Mr. Marshall fixed it when I had a problem with it. Excellent service and a fair price, and also a very nice man.

It is so easy to write something negative about a business, as a customer service leader, I see it all the time. This review is all about excellent and outstanding overall service that I received and experienced between Christmas of 2022 and New Year's 2023.
My Jenn-air freezer was not sealing properly and froze shut. C&M came by and evaluated it and decided it would need to be defrosted. He came back on New Year's Eve and worked on my freezer until when it closed, it was properly sealed shut.
He is very personable. He even followed up with me on New Year's Day and wished me a happy holiday!
This is customer service that is very rare these days, but is greatly appreciated. I used this as an example of excellent customer service for my leadership team!

I have been using this company for over 10 years. I live in rural Jackson County and it’s hard to find a dependable and knowledgeable contractor to come all the way out here. Mr Marshall has never failed to correct my appliance issues and is extremely competent and affordable. And I trust his work.

I had a 15 year old refrigerator go out. Charlie came over and diagnosed the problem right away. Charlie recommended that we get a new refrigerator because the repairs were more than the refrigerator was worth and was probably just a temporary fix. I appreciate his hard work and his honesty.

We usually use a different repair company but they were backed up for weeks, so we took a shot with C&M based on the Google reviews. From this experience, the five-star ratings are 100% justified. Charlie got to our house an hour early, had the problem diagnosed in under an hour despite us sending him on a wild goose chase (it was the main logic board and not the water valve or pump), went out and picked up the part, came back, and had our dishwasher up and running the same afternoon. Very reasonable rate, very courteous and professional. C&M will get our appliance repair business from now on.

Charlie came out to repair our GE refrigerator. It’d cool down to 36 and heat back up between 43-46 degrees. He tested everything and of course, nothing was wrong. He said it could be the fan or the control panel. He ordered the fan, which was the cheapest, and it’s working now! He could have said we needed to control panel and charged us a lot more, but he didn’t. Super sweet and he’ll be our main guy for our appliances now. Wish I could give him more stars.

Our washing machine wouldn't drain properly and I was already busy fixing up our baby room. We tried calling a few companies with no luck. I called Charlie and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He previously worked for LG and really knows his stuff. Was there on time just as he said and got us fixed quickly. I appreciated the fact that when I called I talked to him vs talking to a secretary. I highly recommend Charlie at C&M appliance repair. You will be glad you called him! Also his fees are 5-10 bucks less on top of the fact he got to us the same day!!!!!! As long as he's around he will be my appliance man!!!!

Great service on my LG Washer. Came when promised and price was already known. Very professional service and responsiveness. I plan to use C&M again if needed.

Our refrigerator would not cool after a power outage. Mr. Marshall was able to schedule an appointment for us the day I called. He showed up right on time and was very friendly. We had an idea of what the problem was, so he was even able to get the part we needed before our appointment, and the refrigerator was fixed that day. I felt that his prices were very fair. I certainly plan to use him for future appliance repair needs and would highly recommend him to others!

My LG dryer was not heating. I called Mr Marshall and he gave me an appointment time the next morning! He was on time, very courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went over and beyond any appliance repair services I have ever had to repair the problem. Charlie stuck with my frustrating Samsung fridge until it was fully repaired. He was always timely and concise and clear on his intentions and recommendation. His rates were reasonable and I did not feel overcharged as he learned the inter working of my particular make and model. I was only charged for time when he was actually fixing the problem. It was clear he was trying to save me money by repairing parts before replacing them.

The dryer kept shutting down so we were worried it was overheating and wanted it checked out. C&M came by the next day and took a look. Very thorough inspection. We were pleased with the good service and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

The ice dispenser stopped working on our Frigidaire refrigerator. Charlie was prompt, professional, courteous and took the time to fully diagnose the problem. It has worked perfectly since and his fee was very reasonable. He is now our appliance repairman of choice!
