I have been waxing for years and this is one of the best wax experiences I have had. Attention to detail, meticulous, and felt so comfortable.

Kelly and Jenna are THE BEST!!! I went and had my very first hydrafacial with Kelly and LOVED IT! In all honesty, I’m not that big in to facials. I don’t like extractions and I don’t like steam blowing directly in to my face. Kelly took great care in making sure she knew what I like and don’t like and I was able to completely relax and just enjoy the experience! The hydrafacial was so nice and not painful or uncomfortable at all. It’s like a little wet vacuum gliding over your face, sucking out all the gunk. I loved it. And the bed was super comfy! Afterwards my skin felt clean, silky and hydrated! This is definitely a routine I’ll be keeping up with!

I use to go to On Point Body for wax services from Kelly. She has moved and started Lavish Wax and I am following her wherever she goes lol! Shes the best! Brazilian wax, comfortable, fast and perfect!

Kelly is really nice. First time visit today and definitely will be back for more of her services.

Kelly is amazing and does great work

I was really excited to book with Kelly for the first time. Her reviews were great and it looks like she is on point with her studio from the pictures she has shared. The bummer part is, she is impossible to book with and communication is poor. I have contacted her multiple times for my first appointment before I got an automated reply back from Vagaro. I ended up having to reschedule, which I attempted to do about 6 days ahead of time. I finally got ahold of her the day before my first appointment to let her know I would need to push it out. I have since tried rebooking and have contacted her via text 3 times (which she instructed me to do when we finally spoke on the phone for the reschedule), called and left a message once and also tried booking through her Vagaro page.

I’m assuming she’s very busy and not looking for new clientele, which is a great place to be in, however being clear with communication is key because at some point she will need to rebuild her client base.
