We have used VA Ground Covers for several years as a firewood provider. They have always provided great service at a fair price. This year the delivery did not go as smoothly as previous years. I sent an email to them and was promptly replied to. Scott provided over the top service and fixed the problem within 24 hours. We are a small customer but were treated like a major customer by Scott and his crew. Hats off to VA Ground Covers for terrific service!

I have used Virginia Ground Covers for a few years now and had an excellent experience with the product and services provided. This year I order mulch and felt like the volume ordered was a little short. When I called and spoke with the owner he carefully listened to my concern and without hesitation offered to send a little more mulch to make up anything that was possibly shorted.

I ordered 20 cubic yards of double shredded mulch. The ordering process was simple, the mulch was excellent quality, the price was cheaper than other companies, and the driver was extremely courteous at delivery. I could not expect more. I previously purchased from Hazel, which went out of business, and now will be buying from Virginia Ground Covers.

I recently ordered two types of mulch, a compost mix dirt, and straw from Virginia Ground Covers. I was really impressed by the quality of what I received. Also, the delivery driver was probably the nicest, most polite driver I've ever met. He called a half hour before arriving to give me a heads up, and then rang my door bell (per my instructions), to ask me where to put the items. I was not expecting the advance courtesy call, so that was a nice surprise. I wanted the items placed in two different spots, and he happily obliged, taking more care than I do, driving only on my driveway and watching out for tree limbs as best he could. In addition, the prices were unbeatable.

I work at a church in Sterling, VA. Va Ground Covers has served us well for years in our landscaping needs (mulch, stones, topsoil, etc..). Sandra has been outstanding in her customer service to us. She is always more than willing to accommodate our schedule for deliveries and is flat out just a super nice person to deal with. I highly recommend using them!

Very quick and efficient ordering process over the phone. Delivery availability was next afternoon. Product actually showed up a bit early, which was great. Mulch is nice color, nicely shredded and reasonably priced.
