McDonald's

Just stopped, it is 9pm on 6/28/24 and we did not catch the name of the 2 men working but they gave the best customers service I have ever had at a McDonald's. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you both! I feel it is important they get the registration they deserve even though we do not know their names.

We were on our way to Bed Bath & Beyond at the Dulles Eastern Plaza got hungry and stopped at McDonalds. Very neat and clean inside with a long drive-thru. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches from scratch and both were delicious.

I arrived at around 2:30-3:00 and the fries were hot; fish filet was warm but the bottom edge part of the buns was hard; and the cheeseburger was warm. I guess it is always best to order popular items versus the less popular ones. The lady at the food pick up window greeted me with a smile, which was completely unexpected and yet very pleasant surprise!, because many of the McDs I went to, the employees barely say anything. This lady was nice and polite. Thank you!!

In a good location, nice ample parking. Food prepared as ordered on the App and promptly delivered.

Update 2023:
Much improved. All was fresh and yummy. Very nice service also.

2022:
Apples were bad, children could be poisoned with this… Fountain drinks not working… Used to be a good place, now bad

Folks, let me start by saying that some restaurants are lacking in customer service these days. Food service is horrible and no one seems to care. With that being said, we were pleasantly surprised by the smiles and good ole fashion customer service at this McDonalds. Everyone was nice and friendly. Food was…well everything you expect at Mickey D’s: fast and hot. No issues ordering or getting my food. Manager was on site and was all smiles too. We appreciated our experience and will come again. Bravo to the managers at this location. Someone is doing something right. Keep up the good work !!!

This is the absolute best McDonald’s in the area. Every time I order here the order is made correctly and I get exactly what I ordered. All the staff are pleasant and hard working. I only use this location if I’m ordering McDonald’s even though it’s ten minutes from my house and there’s one not even 3 minutes from me. Best McDonalds I’ve seen.

A friendly, clean location that was not busy when I got here (Sunday evening). Ordered the food at the kiosk and they brought it out to me. All locations advertise this but not all locations provide this table service. Here it is provided with a smile (perhaps I got lucky because I was one of two customers). Good deals, get the app. The MCNuggets, fries and apple pie were fresh and tasty. I'm lovin' it here.

They were super quick with my morning/dinner order, I went late at night/early morning and the team was ready to go!

The hustle was real, and they did great. Unfortunately there was a machine issue, and I couldn't get my water that I ordered, so instead they gave me bottled, so props to them for thinking on the fly!
I went through the drive thru, so I wasn't able to tell cleanliness or such, but they were very quick, I was very impressed!

The owner and staff of this McDonald's take pride in their work.

The store was sparkling clean, the food fresh and prepared with care. The service fast and friendly.

It was a joy to be a customer there.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in because there was a woman standing at the automated order-entry kiosk. She was very friendly and helpful and entered my order in about half the time it would have taken me. I don't go to McDonald's much anymore because I hate those things. The restaurant was very clean.

If so go to McDonalds I go to this location. Service is always prompt. There is always staff. They greet you and help out without being in the way. The team is fresh, the French tried are hot and the orders are fast.

Skip the line and go inside. You will be done before the drive through gets going. It is also freshly renovated and clean.

This may be the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to. The order was correct, and the food was as good as McDonald's can be.

This place is clean. Mobile order is on point. Staff is friendly. And they get our order right everytime. This my go to spot.

I work nights (showed up at 8:30pm) and when I asked for an egg cheese and bacon biscuit with hash brown they made me wait in one of the parking spots for a few minutes, but was it worth it. It tasted like it was made especially for me. Hash brown was amazing
