Safelite AutoGlass

I was traveling through the area and someone threw a rock threw my window while I was parked at a local dog park.
I took it to Autoglass and they didn't have the exact window but they did vacuum it out and put plastic on so I could get home.
I had dogs and kids with me and this was very appreciated.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Justin and Jade made my day on Thursday March 28th when I had to have my front windshield unexpectedly replaced. The quoted price, the insurance price (OMG) and Safelite's price were vastly different. Justin and Jade made it happen, and the work is excellent. Justin did a phenomenal job replacing the windshield, thank you so much.

I had my car windshield replaced here. It was an easy process beginning to end. The windshield looks great. Customer service was terrific.

I informed my insurance company of my choice of vendor. They sent Safelite my info. Safelite called me within a couple of days to set up a time and date for the repair. They had availability within 2 days out. I chose to drop off my car and come back later that day to pick it up, I just had to make it back before they closed. They texted me when it was completed which took less than a couple of hours.

Our vehicle isn’t very mainstream and requires someone with knowledge and experience on how to remove certain trim pieces without drilling too far and damaging the sheet metal.

Knowing this, I took a drive up to see the Manager, Jade and ask him if he was familiar with our vehicle. He assured me he and his crew were and even knew that an aftermarket glass would not be suitable for the option “NT Night Vision” with heads-up display our vehicle has.

Jade made sure my insurance company got the factory glass and parts necessary for the repair.

Also, Jade provided excellent communication from start to finish!

I could not be happier with my experience and the crew at Safelite Placerville!

Absolutely amazing. It was raining so they got me in the store as soon as I arrived. I had my 3m and 3year old. They had snacks and were very sweet with my Lil ones. Also they replaced my windshield gard on my passenger side and didn't even say anything I found out 2 days later when I rain ex my windshield. Made my day so much❣ was gonna get it replaced after but they took car of it for me. Absolutely recommend 11/10! Thank you so much

Broken windshield from debris while driving on the freeway. Took it too Safelite in Pico Rivera. Great service. They had the windshield replaced in about an hour at a great price. Strongly recommend them if you need a window replaced on your vehicle. They will even come to your home to fix.

They were awesome! Their prices were great the service was on time and quick. During my wait they were all smiles and engaging in conversation with me. Excellent service. I was so impressed I got a quote for the windshield on my other car. My truck is just like new!

Had the windshield on my car replaced due to a rock chip cracking across the d/s. Dropped my car off and had it back relatively quickly. They even cleaned up my wiring for my dashcam. Extremely happy to have a new windshield, that's clean and they even cleaned my mirrors. Super friendly and very good quality work!

Breaker glass did an amazing job fixing my windshield thank you they were a little pricey but they were about $100 cheaper than safelite glass

Awesome company and a pleasure to do business with. They come to your home but send an email with the technician's picture and expected time the night before. My windshield repair took about an hour and was done professionally by Ignacio . Their price was very competitive and while several other shops estimated the job to be done in 4hrs, these guys nailed it in one...

My windshield was collecting cracks and finally got a new chip that was spreading so it was time to replace it.

Breaker Glass was great and quick to give me a quote with the correct windshield specs for my car. They were able to fit me in that afternoon. The work was done in about an hour, like they said it would be.
