Fantastic work. Doug, Brian, and Levi were wonderful to work with on the phone and in person. They were always here in a timely manner, worked quickly and effectively, and were able to communicate what was going on in a way I understood. Not sure how their cost compared to others, but I absolutely felt like the service I received was worth the cost.

Our "Really Old" furnace stopped working this October and Flocks was able to come and try to diagnose the issue. After many attempts to get it working, it was time for a new one. We've had issues in the past with our old one and they were able to help those time also but there was no more limping along the old one. They got our new one installed very quickly for us and what a difference. They have also helped and did maintenance on our AC unit as well. Very professional and skilled. Highly recommend them!

The quality of their workmanship and install was fantastic. After the install ... they also showed me how to use it. And to top it all off ... my floor was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. Clearly ... this is a business that value its customers. It shows in their work and in the way they treat people. Even though they traveled a good distance to install my unit ... Flock's Heating and Air Conditioning offered me more bang for the buck than local dealers in my area. Better Price and More bang for the buck in product and warranty. Dean and his team were so nice to work with. The y did an awesome fast job of putting in our ac unit and heating system. They were also nice enough to fix some piping issues in multiple rooms for us that lacked air flow. Now the home is running great. They were so nice, professional and do a great job!

I want to give 5 stars to Brian. He was very respectful and professional to my wife while he performed the service call while I was at work. He also explained things very well to me when I spoke with him over the phone. There is nothing worse than a service technician or salesperson who talks down to you like you aren't worth their time or like you don't know what you are talking about...Maybe I don't know what I am talking about, but the right thing to do is explain things with a respectful, humble attitude, and Brian did just that.

Flock's is an honest, well priced business providing great service. Their craftsmanship is great and professional. Travis recently installed a new air conditioning unit for us. He was very polite and explained everything to us very clearly. He added it to the heating system that he installed several years ago which has been running flawlessly. He left the area he was working on looking better than when he arrived. I would highly recommend Flock's for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Flock's has amazing customer service and response time. My heater went out when it was -20 outside and 7:30 PM!! They have a 24 hour answering service that took my call and they came out very quickly and fixed it. They even called me the next morning to make sure everything was still working. Both service guys who came out were amazing, Bill Tucker & John Flock...thank you so much! Both were very quick to respond, respectful and full of information! Flock's you have a customer for life. Exceptional customer service!

Was very impressed by the quality service we received from Flock’s. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and polite and figured out the problems we were having with our heating and air conditioning quickly and efficiently. He had all the necessary tools to get the job done in one trip and was also knowledgeable in offering good short and long term options for both units (which are both about 15 years old) that would also best fit our budget. It’s nice to know good people like Adam who work hard and are knowledgeable at what they do are still around this area to help when problems arise. Our first call for all/any heating or cooling concerns from now on!

Flocks installed our geothermal system about 10 years ago. We were totally pleased with their work, and professionalism. Since then they have serviced our system annually, again with the utmost professionalism. We highly recommend this company without hesitation to anyone!

The guys at Flock we’re great, my Geo system was installed by a poor contractor closer to my area. Flock straighten it out and then came back when I had problems with the system again. They were great and made sure the parts were covered under warranty. Great company and service.

I have been using Flock's Heating and Air for over 20 years. They are honest, reliable and take the time to do complete fall inspections of our furnace to ensure it is in top notched co'sdition going into the heating season. They not only deliver awesome service but also, most of all, peace of mind, knowing all is well with our heating system. Being an out of state owner, I value the integrity and service provided by Flock's, knowing my tenants are well taken care of.

We built our house in 2014 amd Flock put in our Heating and AC. We were very satisfied with their technicians and office personnel. We have had a few issues with our AC the first year and the technicians never hesitated to come out. This year we has some serious issues with our AC and to our surprise the compressor went out. Flock took care of this issue immediately and John the technician was at our house promptly at 750am the day the compressor came in to install it. Unfortunately sometimes mechanical things can be lemons but Flock definitely stood behind their equipment and gave us the best customer service and all at NO charge to us. Would recommend Flock to anyone .

We had to get a new furnace at the beginning of the heading season. They pushed it through to make sure we'd have heat before the cold weather got here. Their staff were very competent and friendly! They continued to work with us through the financing. I would highly recommend Flock's to everyone! You guys rock, thank you for all your hard work!
