Dr. Jarka has the knowledge and expertise to actually locate your nerve (s), and to apply a true "hit" of the epidural inside them! This bullseye targeting, only through years of experience, is absolutely required, to get the result people are hoping for! In many cases, if not most, for those who suffer from extreme pain, the results from a "proper epidural" are life changing! He is the first doctor I've received a "great epidural" from since 2012, the year we moved to this area from Palm Springs! I was told it would take 2-3 days for epidural to work but Dr. Jarka hit the spot and I was able to walk out w/reduced pain. It was my first visit, and I was impressed by his staff as well, from reception to after care. This is the man to go to and I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of this Dr. and his excellent staff.

At the time I arrived at the surgery center I was suffering pain down the back of both legs. MRI showed moderately severe central canal stenosis at L3-4 (in the spine) and moderate at L4-5. Compression of the existing left L4 nerve root in its neural foramen. A referral was made by my orthopedic surgeon to Dr Jarka for an epidural of medication. At this time I am 6 weeks pain free. He will call you and follow up also. I can't recommend him highly enough.
