Sunny was very great!!! He has the best prices around, beat any other store in the area. He knew exactly what I needed, he was efficient, and even cut me a deal. He quoted me on about 40mins for repair and came out with a brand new feeling phone in only 20min. 10/10 experience and service would definitely recommend!!

OMG I love this store. I’m so embarrassed to say that I have brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get repaired twice. My iPhone XR and SE to be repaired. I have brought my lpad pro for a new battery and they put a new drive in for me as well. They never make me feel crazy but they have always token care of me and my devices for a reasonable price. They have fast service and the have a warranty that worked for a klutz like me.i will definitely be back to see you guys.

This place is fabulous!! My daughter dropped and broke her phone - it completely would not turn on. We brought it un and the had it fixed and back in within an hour. Excellent customer service and quick!!! Highly recommend!

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and they had it fixed within 30 mins. They have great customer service, store is clean, and they also provide chairs in case you want to wait while your service is completed. I broke my screen and bought a new one online because I was convinced I could do the replacement myself but I couldn’t and took it here to get done. They are super friendly and work quickly to get the job done. The screen works great! I’ll be going back soon to get my iPad fixed. Pricing is not too bad. Thank you again!

Sunni gave me a great deal on a new phone screen, Jass was very helpful with getting all of my settings dialed in, and Soosi absolutely blew me away with her knowledge and answered All of my questions. I dropped my phone off and they said the repair would only take 30 minutes, but I decided to pick it up the next day. The store hours are good so if you need you phone repaired you’ll have no issue with service. 10/10 quick, excellent, and comprehensive service

Great cell phone repair shop! I was having some issues with my iphone touchscreen and they fixed it same day and didn't charge me for it. I'll definitely come back here next time I need my phone repaired.

This place is great, I used them 1 time and was happy. I had another issue with a different I pad so I took it in and there was a young lady that was super nice, she took a piece of foreign object out of the charging port. Rosie was wonderful, she helped us get my battery replaced in less than 30 minutes with no issues. She was friendly and very helpful explaining the process of it all. Highly recommend getting your devices fixed here.

This was my second time here getting my iPhone serviced. First was when I needed my GOOGLE PIXEL 6PRO LCD & battery replaced and second time is when I needed my iPhone 11 Pro Max’s ear speaker. Both times my experience was wonderful and fast. They are super efficient with replying via Google messages. And their prices are not too bad. Very happy with their services and will use them in future!

My phone was having issues and they said they would be able to take a look at it. When I went back for it the next day, the man helping me said he tried 4 times to restart it but it would not restart properly. I felt he was being honest. When I offered to pay for his honest efforts, he denied allowing me to pay several times. I never paid. I felt that they were honest, and I appreciate that.
& one more Thing... since this store is OPEN NOW In placerville I'm very happy to serve someone in Town ...Folk you guys no need to go to another places for Repair or get any help

This is the second time using repair all. First time parts needed to be ordered. They were very professional, the second time they had what I needed and were able to get it taken care of with in a hour. I went next door had dinner and came back . It was fixed. The screen went out on my iPhone so I called to see how long it would take to fix. Sunny said to bring on over. An hour later I was walking out the door with a functioning phone again repaired at a fair price. Sunny was fantastic! Then my daughter's iPhone stopped charging so I brought it over to sunny again who determined the problem was the charger. He cleaned and tested the phone and gave it back - no charge! So honest! Totally trust and recommend these guys for iphone and samsung repair!!
