Extreme Towing

I would 100% recommend extreme towing if you care about your vehicle. I don’t want my car scratched or dinged. I don’t want mechanical issues due to poor techniques. These folks will show up and make you feel 100% comfortable that your vehicle is treated very carefully. Highly recommended, even for heavy and challenging electric cars, they know exactly what they’re doing.

Extreme Towing was fantastic! The communication between dispatch regarding ETA was very helpful. The driver showed up when I was told by dispatch and was very polite. He took care of all the details and dropped my vehicle off at the dealership with no issues. I highly recommend Extreme Towing.

Casey was wonderful! He was on time and very quick getting my car on the tow truck. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on the way to the mechanic. He helped me in and out of the tow truck (truck was very high) and also carried my bags for me. It was a 106 degrees in my city and Casey made sure the air conditioning was to my liking and vents pointed to me. When we arrived at the mechanic he stopped in front of the office so I wouldn't have to walk any distance in the heat, he also escorted me in with my bags. While in the office Casey went out of his way to help an elderly gentleman that had been stranded for over an hour waiting for another towing company. I would HIGHLY recommend this towing company! As anyone that has been stranded with a dead vehicle will know how stressful it is and having a someone like Casey makes all the difference in the world.

The driver arrived promptly and was super nice. He was very knowledgeable about how to load my Tesla. He was very careful with my vehicle and did an excellent job.

The tow truck driver who picked up my car to take to Pick n Pull was so nice. Not fake nice, genuinely a sweet person. It was a breath of fresh air for my circumstances and meant a lot to me. He let me know when he was a few minutes away and stayed with me until all paperwork was done. I appreciate him so much and I have no doubt that Extreme Towing's other driver are similar.

I had one of those nightmare moments when my car’s transmission completely failed late at night in Placerville. I was stranded on the side of the road, unsure of what to do, and feeling pretty helpless. That’s when I called Extreme Towing and I’m so glad I did.

AJ showed up quickly, even though it was almost midnight, and from the moment he arrived I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly professional and had such a calm, reassuring presence that I felt instantly at ease. It wasn’t just about towing my car, AJ went out of his way to help me with my bags and made sure I was safe and comfortable while he took care of everything.

The service from Extreme Towing was fantastic and the rates were more than fair, especially considering the time of night. I’m really grateful that I chose to call them and if you’re ever in need of a tow, I can’t recommend AJ enough. He turned a really stressful situation into something manageable, and for that, I’m truly thankful.

My battery died while taking my 84 year old mother in law to the dentist. My insurance company. Requested a tow company from Sacramento that would take up to 2 hours. I could not have her waiting that long. I called Extreme towing & explained our situation, they were there in 15 minutes. They were so helpful & understanding. Great service!

I had a very positive experience with Extreme Towing. It was very pleasant during all aspects of towing my car, from the schedular to the tow truck driver. My car was delivered to the service department exactly as requested. I highly recommend Extreme Towing.

They got a very difficult to get car out without any damage to any property. The side of the house was somewhat narrow and at a slope downward towards a neighbors fence. Two drivers successfully navigated it.

Extreme Towing was professional, prompt, and responsive. The service driver listened carefully when I explained the issues, and he got the job done quickly with no problems. I will definitely request this service again next time I need assistance.

This company is awesome! I accidentally backed my truck off a steep embankment and they came saved the day. Paul was awesome with communicating through the process and was able to get my truck out without damaging it using two tow trucks. The price was fair and the service was great.

Great service! Professional! Confident! And best of all EXPERIENCED! I knew I was in good hands the second we met. We couldn’t be happier with the service that AJ provided. When the initial jump start didn’t work, he problem solved and got my daughter back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He didn’t have to keep looking into why the car wouldn’t keep running but he did and we are extremely grateful.

The truck arrived within 20 minutes, which I thought was extraordinary. What was even more extraordinary was the care with which my car was put on the flatbed. Jeff had a smile on his face the entire time, was polite, and funny. He filled me in on the details of the tow, verified the details of the car, took some pics, and he was in his way.
